I went to Dr. William Butrica recently. Having moved from Chicago, I was wondering what the new dentist experience would be like. He and his team far exceeded my expectations. He was way more thorough then my previous dentist and more technologically advanced. I had to have a filling done that my Chicago dentist would have most likely missed since his technology is not as advanced. The procedure was pain free. His dental hygienist did the cleaning. She also made a huge difference. My teeth were so much whiter. I cannot wait to go back. Highly recommended, very professional and friendly.

I grew up wondering why kids were scared of the dentist because he always did such an amazing job. The tooth prize bucket is so nostalgic. As for the care of my teeth, my family has a rocky history with dental work but my teeth are as strong as it gets thanks to him.

Very disappointed by Dr Butrica. My 3 kids were his patients for years. He doesn’t allow parents in the exam room with their kids (I probably could have argued my way in). I thought that was weird, but went with it. Now, after COVID, the only people allowed in the building are adult patients. Children/minor patients and their parents aren’t even allowed into the building. We need to wait in the car (even in hot, cold, and smoky conditions). We need to call to let them know we’ve arrived and wait for them to come out and get them. The last time my 13 & 15 year olds were there no one came out after to tell me how the visits went. Cavities? Poor brushing? I don’t know. My 19 year old went there to have him fix a filling he had put in about a year or two before. He saw her, said she was fine and sent her off. She wasn’t fine and had stressed that to him. Four extremely painful months later we found another dentist who did a root canal and crown on that same tooth. I called Butrica and wanted to talk about the incident and it’s been almost a week and he won’t call us back. DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS SEE DR BUTRICA!

I have been a patient of his for 9 years. I moved from Spain and I was desperate to find a real dental hygienist. Caroline is the absolute best! She does a thorough and tremendous job. She has been saving my teeth since day 1. I have periodontitis! William is honest and wants your best. They won’t tell you that “you have 8 cavities and need this and that…”. So thankful for real healthcare advocates!

The staff, and Dr Butrica, are as good as it gets. They show such enthusiasm and caring for my son; he is 14, takes care of his teeth, and the staff and Dr praise him and he leaves feeling really good abut himself. We've ask advice about dental work/braces and such, and Dr Butrica never tries to up-sell or send us to friends for dental work...he is very modest, has real integrity, and is a high-quality individual. I am a big reviewer on YELP and Google and I never give more or less than is deserved. I completely endorse.

Excellent care, always. Great staff and pleasant office. Bills insurance and the prices for self pay are reasonable too.
