Terrible experience here earlier this morning. I had called my insurance 5 minutes prior to calling this place and asking for an appointment only after they have approved and assigned this dentist to me. Luckily was able to get an appointment two weeks out of Fast forward to today, I get there 5 minutes before my appointment and I am informed that my insurance is not going to be accepted here anymore and that I would have to come back in the new year. I asked if they had called to inform us and they said yes we called but with a number that did not belong to the clinic, and they did not leave a voicemail. How would a clinic call to inform the patient that their appointment would not be covered from a different number and not leave a voicemail. Honestly the place only deserves one star because they were nice enough not to charge me for a missed appointment. Do not recommend.

Last year, I went to Dr. Ameri. The veneer of my upper tooth number 1 was broken. My wife was an endodontist in my country told him that this tooth could be kept and veneered, but he did not accept it and we even told him to apply the same veneer temporarily, which he said it was not possible, then we went to Dr. Zibazadeh, she used the same veneer very carefully and fixed it perfectly and after a month we went to Iran and the specialist doctor covered the same tooth and said that this tooth has no problem and now I am using it easily and very well. I told you this experience because I felt responsible for other people.

My wife visited Las Americas Dental facilities at 3826 Seven Trees Blvd #300 in San Jose Ca 95111. She took my son to have a work on cavities that he supposedly had, but she never was explained correctly what kind of work they were going to do to my son. They said that the cavities he had were because he didn't brush his teeth properly, my wife asked for my son's file to see the work history, they were very contradictory on the versions explaining what was going on with my 8 years old son. As we remember each routine visit made for my son to this office, they were applying for cavity protection, but this last time they said "Medical does not Cover cavity protection" Dr. Shahram Ameripour was not present to explain what was going on with my son. I think my son is suffering this kind of cavities due to the lack of cavity protection application which it was supposed to get done, my wife didn't feel comfortable and she walked away from the doctor's office. Our big concern is that my son had a cavity problem in a tooth were the already fix a cavity and they were supposed to apply for cavity protection afterward.
