It has been years of me, trying to find that connection with a dentist that I can trust. I moved out of the area and was trying to find a new dentist, but only to run across some that were unprofessional. I contacted my insurance company to find out who Was on our list of dentist through my insurance and found this place to be amazing! I feel comfortable and safe and they show me that they care and that is a big concern of mine that they exceeded. The staff is extremely friendly and communicate very well to inform you of your appointments , and if there’s any Concerns that you may have, they are there to answer them. Recommend 100%.

Definitely the best dentist I've ever had, and my wife agrees. She's very receptive of what we have to say, and is very efficient. I got some cavities filled, and my mouth was feeling back to normal VERY quickly afterwards (some dentists overdo it on the numbing stuff, she used the perfect amount). My wife has a dentist phobia, and a needle phobia, and they've been super good at working with her to make her experience as smooth and painless as possible. I highly recommend this dentist if you've had bad experiences in the past, she'll show you what a good dentist is like!

Front Desk is incompetent. I tried to come here for the first time as it is in my insurance's network. After filling out the paperwork I was told that my Copay was $150 for a cleaning and exam. I asked if this was correct as my insurance clearly states preventative work is 100% covered.

The guy at the front desk gave me a hesitant response and tried to convince me this was correct. I called my insurance after and had them on the line confirming that my Copay should be $0. The younger girl who was trying to help rudely responds " What do you want me to do? Call them again to get another estimate?" Like yeah, obviously that is what you should do when the insurance provider themselves were on the line with me telling me I had a $0 Copay.

I was very polite up to this point despite the mix-up as I am sure it was an honest mistake. What I did not like was the attitude the girl gave me and the apprehensiveness to check that they had the right information. I ended up leaving without being seen because I don't want to have to call my insurance every time to double check the price I am being told. This is twice as frustrating when I was having some minor tooth pain.

This was on 11/1/23 in the morning in case the owner would like to know which staff needs to be retrained.
