Always professional and ontime. The Doctor calls personally after visits to check on the patient.

To start, he gave me so much Lidocaine my heart rate shot up and I started having breathing issues. I had to sit for an hour to get my heart rate down. Than, after giving me novacaine, he put me in a wrestling headlock and yanked out my tooth. His stitching was done so poorly it came undone 3 days later and I had to remove the stitches myself.

If all that wasn’t bad enough he, made me pay up front for the implants he was going to do, but after the tooth pulling experience there was no way in hell I was going back to be tortured by this butcher. I sent a certified letter requesting he refund my money. He refused.

I have not been able to go into a dentist office since this experience. I need implants but I’m afraid of having this type of torture again. Don’t go to this guy, he is way behind the times. He needs to go back to school and learn modern techniques. And definitely don’t pay upfront. This way you won’t be out of $4000 when he does a chop job on you.

At one time this was a good dental office. They do not have an office manager that is there most of the time. You will probably have to leave a message and hope that they get back to you. They do not give you a detailed written quote for dental work or record the work with the Insurance company so one can look at thier sight on-line for past reference.. The last contact I had with them was not very pleasent. I had a tooth that had been knocked out when I fell. Dr, Zahedi said that he would have to check with the Lab to see if a tooth could be added to an existing partial of if I could have a new partial. I went to North Bay Modern Dentistry in Novato and there was no monkey business as with Dr. Zahedi. I was told on the first appointment that it could be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take. Besides that, they were very kind and compassionate.

Dr Zahedi and his staff are very professional. I had crowns on my 4 front teeth expertly done by Dr Zahedi. His state of the art technology plus his expertise netted perfect color and fit. Apprehensive to have this needed dental work, I am very pleased and happy!

Tried to get details as a potential new patient. The person on the phone, who claimed to be the office manager, was unbelievably rude and arrogant for no reason whatsoever. If this is any indication of the type of service this dentist provides, I would steer very, very clear.

Horrific, angry, unprofessional, aggressive in words and in actions = giving pain. Was given to me via my insurance. Run from this guy. I feel sorry for his patients.
