Dr. Mellas is an excellent Periodontist. He made the process of removing an implant and preparing the gum for healing absolutely painless. He has a very kind manner and put me at ease throughout the procedure.

My initial interaction with Dr. Mellas' office was with Michelle in the front office and she was great! There were issues with my insurance and she was beyond patient and helpful! My next interaction was with Cooper, Dr. Mellas' assistant, I think. Copper was also great! He was warm and funny and reassuring. Finally, I met the man, the myth, the legend, Dr. Pete Mellas. He greeted me with a warm smile and an even warmer handshake, a reassuring pat on the shoulder, a very gentle yet thorough exam, and an immediate plan for treatment. I'm grateful to have been sent Dr. Mellas' way. I don't have a single complaint about his office. 10/10, highly recommend!

Excellent! All the staff members are welcoming and helpful and I was seen on time at each appointment. Dr. Mellas has a kind demeanor and explains procedures well.

I had an emergency extraction needed and Dr Mellas and his team were amazing. I’m pregnant and was awake for the procedure and the process was very gentle and caring of my concerns. Dr Mellas and his staff have been in business for a very long time. I needed gum surgery many years ago and I had a great experience with Dr. Mellas. I am now in need of minor surgery again and was glad to know that he is still here and just as kind and reassuring as I remember. I would highly recommend !

Going to Dr. Mellas' office is like going to an old friend. The staff is warm, caring and focused on my comfort. Dr. Mellas is compassionate, gentle and an expert at what he does. I am a two time patient: in 2019 for implants and yesterday to have two extractions. The procedure was over in 30 minutes, and this morning I had slight discomfort controlled with two ibuprofen. Special shoutout to Cooper who let me squeeze his arm for stress relief!!!lol.
