One of the best root canal experience I have ever had in my life and would recommend anyone who needs one to go to this amazing dental specialist. I arrived 15-30minutes early and they saw me promptly. Doctor Nancy talked me through the procedure and everything that she was doing. The dental assistance answered all my questions when doctor nancy was not around. They both made me feel welcomed and cared for.

Getting an appointment with them took 2 weeks because of how amazing and sought out they are by many people. It is worth it! The intake process is very detailed to where they ask you about allergies and previous experience on their written forms. The front desk staff is 100% transparent with billing inquiries, procedures, and general after procedure dental questions. I was told that doctor Nancy was so good that I would be able to go to work the next day and I can confirm this is true.

I would like to share my recent experience at your clinic, as I believe constructive feedback can help improve patient interactions.

Upon arrival, I noticed that there was no greeting, and I was directed to room 2 without any verification of my identity. When I inquired if my insurance card was needed, I was informed that it was not, as they had all necessary information.

During the consultation, I mentioned my phobia of needles and past experiences of fainting, which I do out of courtesy. Unfortunately, Dr. Nancy responded rather dismissively, suggesting that I was being difficult and urging me to simply relax for the injections. I felt that my concerns were not acknowledged, and I was subjected to criticism for expressing a genuine fear.

The assistant present was kind and empathetic, which I appreciated, but I found the overall demeanor of Dr. Nancy to be unprofessional. Despite my efforts to remain cooperative, I felt belittled and insulted throughout the interaction.

Even during the procedure, when I experienced discomfort, Dr. Nancy advised me to "stop thinking about the pain," which seemed impractical under the circumstances.

I believe that effective communication and compassion are essential components of patient care, and I feel these areas could benefit from improvement at your clinic. Although I came highly recommended, this experience has led me to reconsider my choice of provider for future dental care.

I would like to add, that before this appointment, they gave me some medication without explaining what it was and to take it before coming in which I did. And when I arrived, I asked what was the name of the medication I was given because instead of feeling sleepy like they claimed I was dizzy. But my concerns were ignored and I was never told what I was given.

I hope this contributes to enhancing the patient experience for the future. It is honestly disappointing to have to make a review to a health professional because of lack of professionalism.

I was given a referral from my dentist at Western Dental after a recent visit. It was supposed to be a quick visit to see if a filling or root canal would be needed. This office gave me some last minute schedule changes which were difficult, but I worked with them.

I arrived to see the door was locked for my visit. Staff was inside and could see me, but let me sit outside in the ground until my visit started. They wanted to charge me more for x-rays, but I said I had them taken recently. I called my regular dentist to sort this out, but their office seemed upset that they couldn't charge me more.

After waiting nearly 30 minutes, I was brought in. Nancy had terrible bedside manner. She opened with "you have tons of cavities". That isn't even true, but I didn't contest it and said I was focused on the one cavity my dentist told her about. She said she would do some tests that would cause some pain, and she wanted me to grade the pain. I told her I was nervous about the pain she might cause, and she lifted the dentist chair up and was upset. She wanted to understand why I was concerned, and I simply said that she just said she would do some tests that would cause pain. She said she didn't want to argue, lifted the arm rest, and told me to leave. I complied. I saw another patient was waiting a long time (they were 30 minutes behind) and they would take the other patient since they booted me out.

Beside the terrible bedside manner, schedule changes, and forcing me to sit on the ground outside, they were also just not punctual and kicked me out for no reason to allow themselves to catch up. Worst dentist experience of my life. I've never been refused service, and I simply said I was nervous about the pain that Nancy said she would create!
