I spent $1,400 on bonding here, and after a month, it chipped. I get that these things can happen, so I went back to see if they could fix it. But they wouldn’t take care of it for free, even though I just got it done and spent all that money. Instead, they wanted to charge me more to fix something they had just done. What ever happened to taking care of the patient? Really disappointing and unprofessional.

I love Dr. Crooks! She does an amazing job. I always dread going to the dentist, both physically and mentally. Their technology and numbing medicine is wonderful. I don’t feel a thing when I get fillings. They have massaging chairs to help relax you and they put music on for you as well. They do everything possible to make your visit comfortable!

I've been going to Dr Crooks & Enmark since I was about 25 years old. I'm 48 now. So over 20 year. I love everything about them. Now my daughter is a patient of theirs as well. I love their work. Their office always looks nice. Wonderful ppl to work with. Always pleasant and fair. I will never switch. My dental insurance changed through my job for 2024. I didn't elect to get the new dental insurance. I want to see what they except before choosing new dental insurance.

While I have been primarily a patient of Dr. Enmark, I am now being seen by Dr. Crooks, as Dr. Enmark is retiring. There will be no review that embodies how amazing Dr. Crooks is. Dr. Crooks is one of the best cosmetic dentist in town with many years of experience. She is a bubbly, approachable, and great company.

The Staff: When I first arrived, the front desk was ready to greet me and take me where I needed to go. During the procedure, Joey was one of the assistants helping Dr. Crooks and he is super friendly and very attentive to every patient. He made the procedure very smooth and was effective in getting me in and out of the office.

The Office: The office is off of Howe Ave with plenty of parking with the office located upstairs. There are stairs and elevator access! They have a space when you first enter the office for kids to explore and have fun.

The Doctor: As I mentioned above, I had Dr. Crooks during my visit and she was amazing! She has the brightest smile and the friendliest persona. She made sure to carefully explain the procedure and made me feel more comfortable in the office. She was gentle and made sure to communicate what she was doing during the procedure.

Overall I had a great experience and I would come back to Dr. Crooks for any of my dental concerns.
