Extremely Patient with a caring bedside manner. My son had PTSD with dentist due to Vital Smiles abusive behave. After 2 visits with Dr. Bajjalieh he looks forward to his 6 months visits. We have now used Dr. Michelle Bajjalieh for Addy lady 7 years and not one thing to complain about. The complete staff are a God sent compared to Dr. Rose and his office.

I took my 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 year old daughter and son. If you are expecting a staff that will go calmly and slowly for kids this age and be understanding of them if they have stranger anxiety, DONT USE THEM. The dentist grabbed my daughters face and told her to calm down and then when my daughters shoe fell of she said to her very harshly "PUT YOUR SHOE ON". I'm the only one allowed to speak to my kids in that tone. They are well behaved and well disciplined. BUT they are 2 and 1...kids that age are nervous around strangers and new places. We won't be going back. EVER. If your kids are older and not scared of the dentist maybe this would be a nice small place to go...but not for young ones at all.

I have been going to the same Dentist for many years now and the best part is being able to watch movies, while you are being treated. Dr.Michelle is very patient and caring of her patients.
