Both doctors here are excellent. They are professional yet personable. My family and I (which is 17 of us...yes 17) have only been seeing them for a few months, and we are very thankful we found them. The staff is also a group of wonderful people, always greetings us when we come and working with us to schedule us, which is a big deal for the size of my family. I did not have any trouble when canceling a couple appointments. Everyone here is very good with my younger children, making them feel comfortable and not afraid. Thank you!

Came to this office and had work done payed for my work. THEN they call my mother asking her to pay for a debt that was owed YEARS ago! I’m over twenty and the old lady asked her to pay a bill from when I was in my teens! Is that even legal My mother was shocked asked for receipts and they told her to call back later. She did. Someone else answered and when they went in to look on file for info mom was talking about (price , date and reason for charge) the lady had no idea what charge my mother was talking about because NOTHING was popping up in the system as being owed. Then the old lady called her back and demanded she pay or she would be blacklisted from the office. Mother hasn’t returned to this office due to front desk rudeness and that lady really reminded her why not to return. Everyone complains about her. She must be family because the big problem has not been corrected.

The Front staff is HORRIBLE, starting with the office manager. they really test your patience and push you to your limit. They have master their passive aggressiveness. Stay away from this place hopefully the dentist figures out that his staff is not worth his dime.

I went in this morning for a few fillings. I was experiencing severe anxiety and was already crying when I walked in. The two ladies in the front were super sweet. One of them talked with me and told me about her own experiences with her daughter who also has anxiety. They allowed my husband to come in and sit with me, which helped a lot. Dr Fanaian came in and explained everything thoroughly. He was able to fill both of my cavities without numbing, in about 10 minutes. Was my best experience at the dentist ever. Will definitely continue seeing him!

This place is extremely rude!!! The receptionist says she’s the so called manager. I had a terrible tooth ache. Needed to be seen as an emergency. Gave me a next day appt. Couldn’t make it due to an unforeseen emergency, she called me I told her if I could reschedule she straight up said NO. I said what do you mean? She said no because you couldn’t keep your appt. I said ok, I haven’t gone to another dentist. But thought, screw it, I’ll find somewhere else and just schedule with this dentist a regular check up. I said make me an appt for the following slot. She said right now we’re not scheduling till October, I said that’s fine, go ahead and schedule me. She said ok. I’ll call you back when there’s an appt. I’ve worked for many drs offices as a receptionist, and when someone doesn’t make it to their appt I always schedule them to the next slot open. How can she be so rude about it? I gave her my reason why I couldn’t make it and also asked if they have HR to speak to them about this and suddenly she had an open slot for Tuesday of next week. I told her now you have a slot open? She said yes because someone cancelled. How so? She literally told me they didn’t have anything till October and she was not going to schedule me now until she had time to call me back? Wow. I am extremely disappointed on such rudeness this place is.

Dr. Fanaian is an excellent and caring dentist. I had the pleasure of going to his office and seeing his exceptional dental work. Him and his coworkers are very friendly, knowledgable, and professional.

Horrible experience with the Older Lady that works in the office, I was having car trouble so I called at 4:20pm one day before to cancel my daughter’s appointment for the next day at 10:30am And after I explain my problem she told me rudely “I will charge you a cancellation fee.” If the owners read any of the reviews talk to her and maybe ask her to treat the patients with compassion. And respect I will be changing my family to a different Dentist sadly, the Dentist and his son do a really great job.

They need to get rid of all the grumpy women in the front counter! They're the first people we see when we walk in & if that interaction is bad it doesn't matter how good & competent the dentist is.
