PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN, fui por un problema de una muela que estaba muy mal “NECESITABA UNA ENDODONCIA URGENTE” mandaron una orden a la aseguranza con 8 problemas pequeños no prioritarios más aparte de mi prioridad y esperé por un mes. Cuando llego la aprobación solo aprobaron caries y MI PROBLEMA PRINCIPAL CONTINUÓ (MI MUELA SANGRO Y REVENTÓ DE LA INFECCIÓN. Procedieron a hacerme unos rellenos de caries y en uno de ellos dañaron una muela, ahora no puedo comer por qué la comida llega hasta mi encía y me lastima. Todo por querer hacerme otra endodoncia aparte de la prioritaria “QUE NO ERA NECESARIA” obviamente la corona cuesta $1,800 dólares. NO SE HICIERON RESPONSABLES a pesar de que la doctora fue la que DAÑÓ UNA MUELA QUE ESTABA BIEN NEGLIGENCIA TOTAL!

I went today for a cleaning. Dr. Marcy and her staff are extremely warm and welcoming. She was very thorough during her check in with me and educated me on the current status of my teeth. It's really helpful to know what I can do to continue taking care of my teeth. I am so glad to have started my teeth care with Dr. Marcy!

I searched for 2 years to find a dentist that I didn't dread going to. I had tried 3 other dentists before finding Perla Family Dental and Dr. Marcy Kazeminy. I was always anxious about going to the dentist, but I don't feel that way at all when I go to Perla Family Dental.
Dr. Kazeminy and her staff are so friendly and welcoming. They take the time to explain everything that they are doing. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable.
I highly recommend Perla Family Dental to anyone who is looking for a dentist that they can trust. I know I've found my new dental home!

I don't do reviews usually unless I am very happy. Dr Marcy has really impressed me in the way she takes care of her patients. She is very sweet, kind and caring and patient as a doctor. On top of that, her technical skills is top notch. I've never had any pain when she's doing work in my mouth. She explains everything in great details, something that my other dentists never used to do. She gives me so many options for each treatment she purposes. She's not pushy. She's very conservative and caring and gentle. I've done got a lot of work done by her and I am very happy with the treatment she's done for me. The way they prioritize and maximize the insurance benefits are AWESOME. I would never trust my teeth with any other doctor except Dr Marcy. Thank you Dr Marcy for being so patient with me. I will refer all my friends and family members to you. I know they'll be in good hands for sure:)
