Dr. Lilly is the best dentist I have ever been to! Her office has such an incredible vibe, it’s fun and happy, everyone working there feels like they love working there. Katelyn at the front desk is incredibly helpful and super funny! She was able to communicate effortlessly with my insurance and was such a pleasure. Brian, one of my hygienists, was so thoughtful and really made sure that I was as comfortable as possible during my cleaning and X-rays. Dr. Lilly is efficient and so knowledgeable. You can tell by her demeanor that she is a seasoned pro. She seems fair, honest, and so skilled. I cannot recommend this practice enough! I will be coming here for years and years!

Dr Lilly and her team take the ultimate care of me and my children. They make everyone feel easy in their chairs, welcome and supported. Dr Lilly offers great practical advice and could not be better suited in treating my children too. They absolutely love visiting her and her team and the experience is stress free and wholly supportive. Everyone in our house looks forward to our bi-annual visits! Dr Lilly has even been available for emergency dentistry situations in our family and made many such experiences relatively painless. A truly fantastic practice!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Lilly and her team. To date I've had a two cleanings, a root canal, and Invisalign treatment and I'm very happy with all services. They're very responsive and their pricing is the best I've experienced. The best part is the fun energy in the office. They treat you like you are their long time friend or family, joke around, and ask about your life. I always have a great experience at Dr. Lilly's office and so happy I found them.

My recent visit to Dr. Lilly's dentist practice was an absolute nightmare! Let me start by saying that I've been going to a different dentist for over a decade and trusted them completely. Unfortunately, I had to find a new dentist due to moving, and Dr. Lilly's practice seemed like a decent option at first, but boy was I wrong.

First off, I sent my X-rays to the office well in advance, but they conveniently lost them because I was told that Dr. Lilly accidentally deleted her emails in the middle of the night while on vacation? (First red flag!) This was frustrating because they could have informed me before my appointment, so I could resend them. Instead, I was rushed into the chair without proper records.

Dr. Lilly insisted on proceeding without the X-rays, claiming she could find the cavities without them. That should have been a major red flag, but I trusted her expertise. During the appointment, she told me that she filled two cavities on the right side of my mouth. The pain that followed was excruciating. I have had cavities filled before, but this pain was on another level. I was taking double the normal dose of Advil every 3 hours just to be able to work and couldn’t sleep for more than 3 hours at a time when the medicine started to wear off.

While dealing with some of the worst pain I’ve ever been in, I received my bill from Dr. Lilly and noticed that I was billed for THREE fillings when I knew I had at most two cavities on that side. When I questioned them, they treated me like I was crazy! I could not believe that she would complete a medical procedure without first informing the patient and receiving consent. I would have NEVER approved of her doing 3 fillings when I knew my X-rays (that she didn’t want to wait to receive) only showed 2 cavities.

I couldn't bear the pain any longer and sought help from my old dentist, who discovered the truth. Dr. Lilly's work was shoddy, using outdated technology, and she had filled THREE teeth without cavities! Unbelievable! The tooth that needed filling was still untreated. Of the 3 HEALTHY teeth Dr. Lilly worked on, one of the fillings was done so poorly done that my old dentist offered to fix it for free, fearing it would lead to more issues.

It has been 2 months since I saw Dr. Lilly, and I still have to take pain medicine regularly throughout the day to lessen the pain of the horrible work she did.

Not only did she cause unnecessary pain and harm, but Dr. Lilly also depleted my dental benefits by billing for her fraudulent work, leaving me to pay out of pocket for my actual cavities. It's a complete rip-off!

What's worse, while she was working on my teeth, Dr. Lilly and her dental assistant had the audacity to gossip about other patients, using their full names! Utterly unprofessional and disrespectful.

Avoid Dr. Lilly's dentist practice like the plague! Her work is sloppy, dishonest, and her ethics are questionable. Save yourself the pain and the money, and find a competent and ethical dentist elsewhere. I'm regretting the time I wasted reading reviews and trusting her. Stay far away from this place under any circumstances!

“So we’ll deserved for Dr. Lilly and her staff. I’ve been going to Dr. Lilly now going on 2 plus years. I luv the one on one personal care Dr. Lilly gives. She is upfront and honest. I first came to her because my gum had a bump. She said all you need is a good cleaning. She cleaned my teeth and the assistant Cathy showed me how to properly floss. A week later my gums felt great. Dr. Lilly is the best! I have been seeing her for about 20 years and she has kept my teeth in tip-top shape. I have had fillings repaired, beautiful veneers done, a root canal taken care of - pretty much everything you can think of when it comes to your mouth. She is absolutely wonderful. I'm not a Dentist chicken but I'm not fan either. Dr. Lilly and her team OMG. Great Great & GREAT. Friendly and they communicate with you. No surprises on what you will need to have done.
