AMAZING dental office. My child and I were new clients here.. I called on a Friday concerned about something going on in my child’s mouth .. I had planned on coming in at their next available appointment but instead they squeezed him in same day to make sure he was going to be okay to make it over the weekend. Having a medical background myself I know that “squeeze ins” are much more difficult to work into ones already full schedule than most people think.. I was so pleasantly shocked that they did that for us without even being current clients!
In my eyes that alone makes me feel like they truly care more than most. Once in the office every person we came in contact with From receptionist to a few assistants or maybe hygienists I’m unsure but either way they were all so kind and knowledgeable.. Dr Jack Bayless was great and very personable. Amazing dental practice no wonder they are so highly recommended . Would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a dentist!

I cannot express just how great this entire team is. Dr Jack Bayless is amazing with the way he works with children and with the annoying parents, (AKA: me), as well. So much patience with questions that I have and working with how nervous my child was. He's actually pretty funny. I love his dad and my daughter used to go to his dad and we had the pleasure of seeing him in the office on our dental visit and he is still just as funny. The front desk team is very helpful, informative, and patient! They really seem to care, and they really did go out of their way to ensure that I was getting the best possible coverage from my insurance and secondary insurance. I had some questions later on in the month about my bills because I forgot how much I was charged and the staff had no problem researching it and telling me the information with absolutely no attitude except for a great one. I highly recommend this dentist office for your kids because every kid that walked in there had nothing but great attitude and smiles and were happy to be in there.

Dr Jack was so patient and reassuring with our daughter. She had her first cavity and he was able to fill it with no tears or pain. He talked to her through out the process and really made sure she was comfortable. His assistant Johnna was equally as great. I appreciated that they kept the focus on her and really made this experience a positive one.

We love Dr. Jack Bayless and his team! They are professional and knowledgeable but know how to keep the experience fun and relaxed. My son always has a great time and is so impressed by the magic tricks at the end of each visit 🙂

We switched to Bayless after a bad experience elsewhere. My child developed a lot of fear around going to the dentist from our previous experience and I ca not say enough good things about every person we have encountered at Dr. Bayless’ office. They are so kind to her. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a pediatric dentist! Going to the dentist has gotten so much better since switching! From baby teeth to wisdom teeth and all the dental challenges in between, my kids have been under the superb care of Dr. Mark & Jack Bayless! They and their dental and office staff are nothing but exceptional making our biannual visits painless and even enjoyable.
They are knowledgeable, thorough, organized and prompt, on top of being personable (magic tricks 🪄and Tom & Jerry are extras not to be missed).

We love Dr. Bayless! He is so gentle and kindhearted with the little ones. I wouldn’t want to bring my toddler to anyone else! It’s a 10/10 experience every time.
