After a lifetime of poor oral hygiene, I developed a severe case of periodental disease. I saw 3 different dentists, none of whom could or would take on such a big job.
I finally got a referral to Dr. Garo Sirinian in Solana Beach. He clearly explained what needed to be done and told me of my options. After my first visit, the hope I had lost was restored.
So far, he has grafted bone to my upper jaw, where I had lost most of my teeth. Next he'll put in posts and teeth so I'll be able to eat solid food again!
With the help of Dr. Sirinian, and his friendly, professional team, I will soon have a smile I'll be proud to share with everyone.
I'll never be able to thank Dr. Sirinian & his team enough, but every time I look in the mirror, I'll remember how they changed my life. Thank you so very much.

Dr. Sirinian is a fantastic doctor, extremely knowledgeable, great bedside manners. He saved my smile, to say the least. The office is the most pleasant I’ve ever visited, everyone is kind and always offer a smile. It’s a dentist office, but each and every visit is a pleasant one.

Was referred here by my dentist for concerns with gum recession on just one tooth. Met with the doctor, who was extremely pleasant, but told me he wasn't concerned at all about my gums. He recommended I come to him for cleanings once a year going forward. Then I was charged $675 for my visit!! It turns out $450 of this were for additional x-rays (my dentist had sent hers). These x-rays were taken before he even met me or determined them to be necessary.
When I told my dentist that Dr. Srininian wasn't concerned about my gums and charged me almost $700, she couldn't believe it. Also she didn't understand why I would go to him for cleanings when she was handling that. She referred me to another periodontist who was lovely and absolutely didn't need the x-rays that he had taken. She charged me less than $200 and came up with a plan to help with my recession. I wish I had never gone to this office because $675 later I had to start over with a new periodontist.

10 STARS ! I was referred to this doctor by a new Dentist, didn't know what to expect after a failed surgery in Mission Valley. I was afraid for sure, these surgeries are not cheap either. Dawn at the front desk was just a sweetheart! Professional & helpful, the whole package.
Dr Sirinian, THE BEST OMG. He performed my surgery 1 1/2 month ago & pain wise, I took 1 extra strength Tylenol, didn't need more, my surgery was not a small one either. He's a Miracle Man, he is the sweetest caring doctor, any questions, he's on the phone. Any follow ups, Dawn gets you in immediately, they really...genuinely... CARE. Im telling you, what a kind & caring soul he is. If you need some serious work done in your mouth & have tons of questions & want a very fast smooth healing process, this is the Doc for you. I LOVE THIS PRACTICE!!
