Eric Roos is the best pediatric dentist I have ever taken my kids to. He is super sweet with the kids, a great staff and a fun waiting room. We have lived all over the United States and had quite a few pediatric dentists, but Dr. Roos and his staff are by far our favorites.

Just found out the Rooster was still in biz and had to give him 5 stars lol. Went to him growing up have never been afraid of the dentist or even annoyed to go. I’m 23 now and have always been able to take care of my teeth good thanks to him and he’s amazing with kids who are scared of needles. Thank you Dr. Roos and all the staff hope y’all are doing amazing ?

Dr Roos is amazing. He's great with kids & when my youngest son needed oral surgery with anesthesia, i had lots of concerns. Every t was crossed, and every i was dotted. My son received top notch care and I continue to take him to this office because they are thorough and professional to a degree that is rarely seen. I highly recommend them.

All four of my children were well taken care of by Dr. Roos. It is sad enough when children grow up, but even sadder when they are too old to see Dr. "Rooster" anymore. I have one child still seeing him for a couple more years.

He is amazing with kids and parents. We all love him as a dentist and I would strongly recommend taking your children to him.

I can't complement Dr. Roos enough. He and his team are phenomenal with my kids. He's actually got my daughter excited to see him, if only to test his knowledge of the alphabet. He makes each visit the best it can be and we are exceedingly lucky to have him and his practice in Chico.

The dentist is actually a nice dentist but the receptionist area is not helpful at all! We went in for an appointment that we had and was told we could not contact you so we gave away your appointment. What?!! No one had contacted me or my husband and we told the receptionist that and she proceeded to tell us again that well we called and texted but got no answer and then said you should talk to your service provider about that. She then said I have an appointment at 3 you can come back to and we said we would be busy and she proceeded to get annoyed and tried to pry into what we would be doing. It was a very unpleasant experience.
On top of all that we had missed an appointment in May that just didn’t get written down and didn’t get a reminder for the dentist then either so we just forgot. We then got a note in the mail saying if we miss another one a $80 fine would be charged but the first is a freebie so we wanted to make sure we didn’t miss this appointment but apparently now they just give away appointments? Very confused on how they run things there.
They’re policies are not clear cut and the receptionists are not friendly. If you have the ability to go somewhere else do so

Dr Roos office wouldn’t even consider taking my nine year old because they said he should just go to a family dentist with my older son and I. Kids Care Dental took both of my boys in Stockton and were way better. I would NOT recommend this office!

The dentists here are absolutely awesome.......but the office staff and billing department leave much to be desired. They do not tell you up front that billing your insurance is a “courtesy” they do. If they do this “courtesy” wrong you owe the whole balance. A simple cleaning on a 3 year old was charged $400. Lucky for me I am a medical biller and have been able to fight them. They did attempt to turn me into a collection agency until I had to call them out on their unethical and flat out ignorant billing practices. Needless to say the bill will be submitted to insurance and taken off the credit company but this is only because I knew exactly what was happening.

You are your only advocate for healthcare read the fine print, fight for what you know is right and when all else fails just don’t go here and find a better dentist.
