Dr. Waits was recommended to my by 2 coworkers (nurses). I was very pleased with the whole experience, from the office space, secretary, hygienist, and of course Dr. Waits. I had looked at reviews before going and went with an open mind. I saw a couple of poor reviews that I think were solely a reflection of the reviewers, not of the dentist office. The office staff are pleasant, polite and professional. I recommended.

I called the dentist because I had an cavity that needed a root canal and I was in extreme pain. They said they could help me the next day, fantastic!. I went to the dentist the next day, they said you have a cavity that needs a root canal, they charged me $95 to repeat back to me what I told them. Then said they could help me in 15 days. I mean wow! Talk about a dentist staying on script. This guy is the most dentist of dentists. The staff was very friendly though, so 1 star for the dentist and 4 for his staff.
