12/5 I will write my experience down at a later time, but I wanted to at least leave this review as of right now.

Do not go to this dentist. He gives bad diagnosis, he's a horrible surgeon for cavity and extraction, can't give injections, caused partial facial paralysis, and he tries to charge you for your cleaning instead of taking what insurance gives him. He's a scam artist. He's threatening to send me to collections over his mistake. There is so much more, I'll write up later.

12/6 contacted insurance company, the claims he said they denied were not denied. Called his office with more questions and both he and his receptionist hung up on me. They were rude and combative and Dr Reams threatened to sue me over my bad review. I'll write up more as time goes by. Do not go to this dentist.

Dr Reams is very professional while being concerned that you know everything that needs to be done and then let's you make the decision with no pressure. Funny and caring. Staff are also great. Wonderful denist office over all.

I'm not the best at ensuring I see the dentist often enough, but Dr. Reams was awesome with me, despite my nervousness. He has been friendly and checked in with how I was doing during the procedure (root canal), which not all dentists do. He was on top of pain management for me.

Additionally, he seems to treat his staff well, and I'm impressed with the level of care I've been getting from everyone at this office. I'm extremely happy with my choice of dentists!

An added bonus: the interior of the office feels comfortable and warm, and there's a great view of the lake just outside!

I was a patient of this dentist years ago, and I am so happy to be able to provide a review of his unprofessionalism while I was there. At that timeI had gone into the office to have a tooth pulled. He pulled the tooth as well as another one without telling me what he was going to. He waited until after to let me know. During a follow-up visit, I needed the next phase of work done, and I do not numb well. He was informed and became frustrated when I didn't numb and said, "You're a drug addict. Drug addicts don't numb!" I left and never returned. Instead, I did find a better dentist in Lakeport, Dr. Long and highly recommend him to anyone that asks. P.S. I have never been a drug addict.

Dr. Reams is amazing. I am deathly afraid of going to the dentist (hence why I needed to go) but he totally put me at ease. In, March 2020, I had to have a tooth pulled and quickly. He was funny, gentle and I didn't feel a thing except the first shot. The staff is very nice. I definitely recommend him.

Dr Reams is probably THE most knowledgeable dentist I have ever gone to. Everything he says is the truth, HE KNOWS TEETH. I have had the opportunity to go to MANY DENTISTS with my excellent insurance, and I will ALWAYS go to Dr Reams. His manner is warm and welcoming, one can tell he honestly loves people. An intelligent person can tell he knows what he is doing. He makes my smile beautiful and that is important to me.Thank you Dr Reams, yet again 🙂

After having a problem with another Dentist, I went to Dr. Reams on the recommendation of several close friends. I have now been his patient for several years. I have found him to be extremely competent and professional. He has always been sensitive to any pain that I may have experienced and ready to help at a moments notice. I regard myself as fortunate to call Douglas Reams my Doctor and my friend.
If I were to read a negative review of Dr. Reams. The first thing that I would have to do is question the motives of the writer.

Warm place and the Dr is awesome. He has completely changed my smile and thus my self image has changed. I have had lots of work done there. He is gentle and his bed side manner is untouchable. I would recommend him to any and everyone I know!
