I have had to have a couple of root canals in the last 7 years and Dr. Pierre was the referred and preferred endodontist. I am glad he was. He is very gentle and reassuring. With Dr Pierre you will be in very capable, caring and skillful hands. The doctor's support staff are efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Pierre.

Dr. Pierre was the best Endodontist I have ever experienced. I was very nervous and concerned about having a root canal and his calm professional nature was very reassuring. He went the extra mile to link me with experts who could treat my "burning mouth syndrome" while providing sedation during my procedure. I had no pain during or after my root canal and he EVEN called the next day to see how I was feeling!! His expertise and supportive nature is truly a rare find and appreciated.

If I could rate this office 10 stars, I would! I completely, whole heartedly trust Dr. Pierre and his team and this comes from someone who is terrified of the dentist. In 2020 I was told by my dentist that I would need a root canal. I lost sleep that night because of the dreadful stories I’ve always heard. Dr. Pierre came HIGHLY recommended by a friend. Candy answered my phone call and was really sympathetic of what I was going through. She reassured me that I would be well taken care of and got me in in a timely manner knowing this was urgent. The day of my appointment, I was greeted by Candy who was just as sweet in person as she was on the phone. I was aware of ALL costs prior to the procedure so I knew what to expect. Britney is Dr. Pierre’s right hand woman. She took me back, was very personable trying to get my mind off the procedure which worked! I expressed my concerns and she was very informative. Dr. Pierre was also very friendly and explained what the procedure will look like and what he will do. You can tell Britney and Dr. Pierre have been working together for a while because the procedure was seamless! Britney knew exactly what tools the Dr needed next. He didn’t have to say one word. And when I tell you that I’d rather have a root canal then a filling, I’m not exaggerating! It was so fast! And completely painless! Fast forward to this year, I was told I need another root canal on a different tooth and I didn’t lose an ounce of sleep! I was actually excited and relieved knowing I had Dr Pierre and his team to get the best care possible. I called the office and Candy was still there! She got me in asap since I was in excruciating pain. Britney was still there as well! (That’s how you can tell he treats his staff well since they were both still there) And the whole procedure went just as smooth and painless as I remember it! I was told I needed to pay out of pocket for the root canal since I maxed out my dental insurance and I happily paid! I’m forever thankful for Dr. Pierre and his caring staff! I can’t thank you enough!

Unfortunately I couldn’t do a 0 star. Staff was not friendly - frigid, timid, robotic, compulsive and cold. It felt like I was robbed too! Please do not go there! Beware!
