I've been going to Cypress Grove for years and have always had a great experience. Love Bonnie for my cleanings, and Dr. Chad is wonderful. He's very gentle and always explains why and what he's doing. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure of your insurance coverage, which is so great. Feels like a real family/neighborhood place.

Dr Chad is awesome! I went in for a cleaning yesterday and came out feeling different about my teeth then ever before. He was incredibly thorough!! He discussed option with me that I didn’t even know existed. And of course, I came out with a clean smile which was immediately covered with my face mask. Even during this pandemic you can’t afford to neglect your teeth!! I will continue to take my whole family to see Dr Chad and I highly recommend this group to anyone who is looking for a wonderful dentist!! Thank you Dr Chad and your great assistants as well!!

This is by far the best dentist I've ever had. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctor explains everything while he is working on you. I would definitely recommend cypress dental. They take you in with open arms even with short notice and you don’t have to wait a Kong time for an appointment.

All the dentists are exceptional. My dentist, Dr. Chad Hicks-Beach is amazing. He's gentle, extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in terms you can understand. If you still don't understand, he will draw it out for to visually understand what he is or will be doing in your mouth. He's the perfect Dentist/Teacher. The staff is very friendly, they have plenty of appointments to choose from and they are efficient with their time. They are also patient with young children coming in for their first time. They were happy to have me stay in the room with my daughter during her first visits. They made her feel comfortable and explained the whole process so that she was not frightened by the instruments or the machines.
