I had an appointment with Dr Grauer to adjust a lingual wire due to ongoing treatment in Germany. He stated he would change the wire "Per German protocol" Due to storms my flight was cancelled. His assistant Marjorie constantly makes false claims and starts cinstradicting herself since she cannot remeber what already said. Very embarrassing. She stated that Agustin Hermosillo his Orthodontic assistant works without supervision and is more educated in the field than Dr Grauer. Wow! What a foolish statement to make or perhaps it reflects on the school Dr Grauer went to in Spain.

I have already commincoated it to The Dental board and have witnesses to Marjorie's statements. Dr Grauer uses Win braces from Germany and boasts about his expertise while chraging 10 K the entire mouth. My German orthoidontist Phillip Figel only charged less than 4 k and applied the lingual braces to 8 teeth. You can be certain that most AMercian orthodontists will attempt to straigtehn your entire mouth unessacaerily for a cash grab. NO ETHICS! I know many German orthodontists and will pass this info on especially about the Lingual technician. When Dr Grauer arrives in Frankfurt for a Dental conference I am sure we will have lot to discuss.

I met Dr Grauer few years ago through my cousin who is an Orthodontist back in Europe. I also have other family members that are doctors.
I went to Dr. Grauer for consultation to put again - braces or invisline. He told me not to do it because my teeth were ok and doing a treatment would not be a good option and can only make possibly worse in the future. Despite this incredibly honest advice that you don’t hear nowadays, I went to another doctor and put an invisline. It’s took 2 years and at the end the treatment was successful but not perfect and still left spaces between some of my teeth.
I only wished I listen to your generous and honest advice. I have been around the world and have never seen a such a professional and honest doctor like you.
You are the best doctor not in USA but in the world. Thank you.

I’ve been coming here for years ever since moving to L.A., and Dr. Grauer’s team has always been incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional—going above and beyond to provide top-tier services with an elite level of expertise.

Dr. Grauer completely changed my facial appearance and jaw positioning using lingual braces, and it’s transformed my smile and confidence. He’s got SUCH a good bedside manner too, which is always great when you’re going to a medical office (going to the dentist always makes me nervous). Not to mention he’s the best at what he does, and a great communicator.

Dr. Grauer is so sweet, professional, and really cares about the best treatment for his patients - even if that is recommending no treatment at all. His office staff was also very welcoming and nice, and the office itself is super clean and in a great location with validated parking. I thought I needed a second round of braces because I was afraid my teeth were moving, but Dr. Grauer explained that I wouldn't need braces so long as I keep wearing my retainers at night. Such a great experience all around in the short time I was there and I am looking forward to seeing Dr. Grauer again in a few years when I need another set of retainers.
