This office really screwed me over. I had a dental cleaning scheduled here a month in advance. I had asked work for time off to take care of my cleaning.
They spent 30 minutes getting my x-ray and doing an unnecessary 3D scan. All of which the technician did not change her gloves for, swapping between used equipment and my mouth. After all of this, the dentist Dr. Bita saw me for 2 minutes (never once looking into my mouth) and told me I would need to schedule another appointment for a dental cleaning. I was incredibly disappointed as I didn’t get the one thing done that I came for. They did things just so they could charge my insurance. Super unethical. I’ve since tried to go elsewhere for my dental cleaning but since this office billed me for a “dental exam” I’m unable to go for another half year once my insurance permits. I was really looking forward to our visit since I saw good reviews, but it seemed she only cared about profit. Thanks for misleading me and wasting my time.

Dr. Bita has always been professional, attentive, informative and caring. She is also patient and listens to any concerns, fears you may have.
She will always be our families #1 dentist!! We have been with her for more than 15 yrs. The office staff are also pleasant and kind.
There is No one else like Dr. Bita.. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs her expertise.
