I had a fantastic experience at this office! The front desk staff were so friendly, funny and welcoming. Dr. Patel and the technician helping her were incredible (wish I got his name). They were extremely efficient - quick but very thorough and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent care.

Waited 30 days for one retainer and just got the doctor’s arrogant “I am sorry”. 😡

First of all, nearly $400 per retainer is definitely a high price. But at least I should expect high quality retainer and professional service. What do I get? I ordered on July 2nd when I did teeth cleaning, then until July 23rd I sent email asking if it’s ready. Then I came to the dental office on July 24th to try it. Before that, nobody notified me the delay - normally the waiting time should be one week. The worse thing is the retainer did not fit at all.

Second, they did not send my correct scan to the lab. So they sent the correct scan on July 24th and reorder another retainer, which makes me wait for another one more week - I finally got the correct retainer after 30 days. Also, the doctor tried to hide this point during conversation - he said he’s sorry for not notifying for the delay and it’s all lab’s fault, but did not mention the mistake of the scan 🙂.

Third, the doctor is not professional, at least he should have better attitude. What a customer should expect in this situation is a sincere apology, but what does this doctor say? “I don’t know the meaning of this conversation.” “What’s the point of this conversation? I can only say I’m sorry (with an arrogant attitude 🙂. Looks like customer’s time is not as valuable as his time.

Dr. Mogharei is in my opinion the best dentist in Los Angeles. He's very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. His dental practice is beautiful and spotless - and I am particular when it comes to sanitation. The office also has state of the art equipment and offers some orthodontic services (retainers/ mouth guards). Another big differentiator is the fact that they accommodate the schedules of their patients who work late. They take 5 PM and 6 PM appointments during weekdays and even take Saturday appointments upon request. I've referred many people to the office and they have all been very impressed. For example, one day my friend broke her tooth and he took her in immediately and resolved the case. He's the best! I can't recommend him enough.

Dr Mogharei was very helpful and caring . I call them on saturday early afternoon because i had a toothache , they saw me the same day before there closed. unfortunatly they couldnt do anything for me bacause i needed a root canal and was leaving the next couple of days but they gave me antibiotics and at least told me what needed to be done .I am very thankful.

I have been having so many dental issues all year & have been to two previous dentists before Dr. Mogharei. His office & assistants are extremely kind & understanding. It has been such a welcome change from the previous dentists I have been to in this area.

Dr. Patel was an absolute delight and excellent at her craft! At 3pm on a Saturday, the team took me in last minute. I had cracked half my front tooth in a surfing accident and it was not an easy fix. Dr. Patel kindly managed all my expectations around the durability of my resin tooth and what my best longer term future options are.

I was very happily surprised with how perfect the tooth looked after her repair. Also, Alex & Edward in the front office were extremely informative and kind. I would come back here in a heartbeat. 10/10 recommend!
