Donald and Hale Dental Group

Absolutely the most disgusting dental office I’ve ever seen. Lobby smells like mold and the ceiling is falling due to a water leek. Over priced on top of the filth.

I highly recommend Donald and Hale Dental Group in Bay Minette. They were able to see me on short notice with a broken tooth even though I had never been there before. Office staff promptly got back in touch with me with a last minute available opening and I was able to head right on over there. Dr. Hale and his staff were great and I was very pleased with my assessment and treatment plan. I very much appreciated them taking me in on a somewhat emergency situation.

The staff and Dr. Hale were so good to my Dad today. This was his first visit to their office and I couldn't have been more pleased. I am writing this review for others in my situation. My father is almost 80 and has dementia. I made the staff aware the day before the visit and like I already stated they were very kind, patient and caring. If you have an elderly parent this is the dentist office for them.

My autistic son has some issues with needles. We were searching all over for a dentist who could handle it, and it turned out that they were right here in town. Clean facility, very kid-friendly staff, and quick service.

Very professional and friendly service from the dentist to the staff. I like them so much that this is my new dentist and I have referred my family and friends. If you need a new dentist I recommend Dr. Hale.

I called in as a new patient for my daughter, got seen the next day. The office was clean and organized. The staff were nice, we didn't have to wait long to be seen, and my daughter was very pleased with her visit.

Called on a Monday and had an appointment for Thursday . I absolutely hate the dentist. Didn’t like it as a kid still don’t as an adult. The staff at dr Hale office was nothing less than amazing. Answered all my questions and everyone was just as nice as they could be . Thank you all so much .
