This dental office was amazing from scheduling to the procedure. All I can say is wow! Especially after experiencing such a traumatic and discouraging dental appointment elsewhere in Watsonville, this place was absolutely amazing. Super professional and super kind. The staff made me and my daughter feel comfortable throughout her visit. Their attention to detail and patient care is outstanding. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality dental care in a welcoming environment.

My only concern is the RDA Desiree that cleaned my daughters teeth. I overheard her talking about my daughter's teeth in a way that was very unprofessional. When I confronted her about it she was spurious about the situation. Perhaps she could use some additional training, I hope she gets the help she needs. It's important to be positive role models for our community and spread positivity and kindness to one another regardless of their health! Especially if you are working in a profession that serves our community and youth.

UPDATE: I had appointments scheduled for both of my children. My first appointment was at 10:40am. Therefore, we arrived around 10:30 and the lady at the front desk kept telling me I missed my sons appointment which was at "10:10am" but it was at 11:20. I was so confused and frustrated that I didn't have my phone on me to show her proof. But they ended up not seeing my son, which is very upsetting because we have to take time off of work and school to squeeze in an appointment. I'm not sure if it was a mistake, but they need to be careful with making mistakes it really takes a toll on patients. I take my appointments seriously, if my appointment was really at 10:10am I would have been there earlier. Or if I knew I was wrong I will own it, but they were at fault. So disappointing. Here is my proof now Dientes.

Dientes provides phenomenal care and has a very compassionate staff. They got me in on an emergency for work done at another office. I can’t thank them enough for helping me after the trauma I went through at the other place. One thing I learned while sitting in the waiting room is that you cannot be late! They have a strict 10-minute grace period, which is understandable considering that they are high-volume. If you are punctual, you won't have a problem.

I love this place. The staff is always friendly and they do a great job taking care of my teeth. I've been bringing my kids here for years and trust they do fantastic work. I don't know why anyone would choose the alternative, this office is legit. My only gripe is they are sticklers for confirming your appointment at least 48 hours notice, but if you are a responsible adult, not sure why this would be an issue.

After 3 years of committing my time and effort to get my health and happiness back, I was informed I was no longer allowed treatment at Dienties. The reason written in a letter (I still have) states because of my behavior and missed appointments!? This makes no sense at all. I never missed an appointment and more importantly, never acted out in anyway that would interfere with me getting my smile back. I'm highly suspicious of reception at this point and feel I was absolutely discriminated on. The individuals running the office at Dienties should be held accountable for lying and the unprofessionalism. I get so angry every time I think about it. I wish I knew how I can report this.

Amazing doctors and nurses, I had a root canal done here, they were so kind and understanding. Was extremely nervous thinking I’d be in pain the whole time but I ended up almost falling asleep haha. The only pain I felt during the procedure was when the doctor numbed my gums and inserted a needle into my actual tooth to numb it (hurt so bad for 2 seconds, then no pain ever again!).

I don’t know what changed for Dientes. But their scheduling system is RIDICULOUS AND UNREALISTIC. I am a university STUDENT. I don’t have time to check my messages to confirm again on my appointment. I already scheduled, why again? Also, they give you one year probation for missing two scheduled appointments I find that unrealistic and unfair. I’m going to start looking somewhere else to care for my teeth.

Dental assistants are great, caring willing to comfort children. But the Dentists themselves need training in making the parents feel welcomed, my kids seem to have been seen by all of the dentists in this location, the male (Hispanic, tall) dentists is the best, he talks to us and lets us know what is going on for the visit, any information he has he will give it to us, but the rest walk in and don’t acknowledge you or your child, they just get to the task they are there for. It’s an uncomfortable feeling, and doesn’t make me feel like they are there to take care of my child but to just do their job. I’ve visited Dientes in 2022 many times due to not only having 2 boys but one needed more work then we’d liked, and the other was getting ready for braces.
Our visit today was no different, dentist walked in, no hello, no greeting, no information on what work was being done, no introduction to my child, just started to place her hands in his mouth.
An uneasy feeling. Training in customer service, care, and learning how to take care of your patient definitely is needed.
