My wife hasn’t always had the best experiences when it comes to dentists and orthodontists so consequently she is very nervous anytime she has work done. Dr. Diaz and his entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that she was comfortable and calmed her fears. Their professionalism, friendly attitude and outstanding bedside manner is truly amazing and very appreciated.

I give this DDS MS an A+++ review! I had a deep clean today. I was super scared and was certain that I would be miserable for days after. My face has now woken up from Dr. Diaz's amazing local anesthetic and I feel great! I have zero pain or sensitivity. Believe it or not, the shots of lidocaine didn't even hurt much. I was really surprised! My hygienist of 30 years of experience was absolutely OUTSTANDING. She was sensitive to my fear and went at my pace. She explained everything as she went and gave me lots of great cleaning tips to keep my nice clean teeth healthy. She even gave me a goody bag containing products that she recommends. I have not seen a dentist since 2017 when I had a painful experience. I really needed this cleaning. In addition to the wonderful dental care that I received, I would also like to mention the staff, in general. They are absolutely awesome! Not to sound cliche but they really did treat me like family. During my consultation, my insurance coverage and price for treatment were stated very clearly and there were no surprises. The ladies that work for Dr. Diaz are kind, understanding, and very in-tune to their patients needs. Always very helpful. Dr. Diaz is great. I had no pain when I had my 2 implants done. I am blessed to have been referred to Dr. Diaz for my dental needs.

My wife went to get an "EXAMINATION" but instead got a hour long wait and had to hear the employees bickering about who misplaced my wifes medical file and when it was time to see her all they did was take a picture of her teeth and told her that she's free to leave. She didn't get to talk to the doctor and explain she's in extreme pain. Oh and they won't be able to see her till next year. Yeah I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

So very incompetent I waited for my appointment for 2 weeks ask for the day off. When I get there I am told that they no longer enrolled in my dental insurance. They call me yesterday to remind me of my appointment but fail to inform me of the insurance not accepting it anymore. If this is the way they handle such important information image how they handle other things that are important to the patient. Bad communication between patients and staff!!! Do not recommend it they are to busy with other things!!!
