The Doc was fine. The staff are terrible. They scheduled me with the wrong doctor (for my procedure), my 1st visit, and didn't call me to tell me they had me rescheduled with Diaz. So, I waited another 2 months to see the right doc (Diaz). Again, he was fine and informative. But, then i was told they would schedule my next procedure and call me. They never called me. So after a while I called to reschedule with a different location. These bright folks scheduled me and then switched it again at the last minute making me wait and go back to Diaz after I specifically said no. In short, the staff and scheduling are terrible and have very poor communication and manners.

Zero follow up after 3 visits. I had to call and ask after the 2nd and 3rd visit and according to this doctor he only had record of one visit. Said we must have lost info about your other visit. So I called a got my medical records from them and sure enough I received all the records of my visits. On top of this he talked to me in a very unprofessional way when I was there on my second visit asking questions about why he was wanting more visits when things seemed to be in line based on age appropriate levels. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this doctor and will seek a second opinion with another group just to be safe!

I wouldn't recommend this doctor. I've been having issues for a long time and I went in and the only thing he said was stop caffeine. So I did and it salved nothing. He didn't check anything or look or do absolutely nothing at my visit. I kept messaging through the portal and his nurse told me that I need to go see a different Doctor. All I was doing was telling my symptoms and that was the reply. So now I'm stuck with no answers, still in pain and been searching for another doctor but they can't see me till the end of the year. Most irritating experience. He also didn't listen to me in person, kept interrupting me as I was talking and was pacing back and forth. It was horrible.

Would not recommend him to anyone. Upon the appointment, the Dr. explained absolutely nothing. You would think it's okay to ask questions since this will be the first surgery you will have, but that's incorrect. The Dr. canceled my surgery the day before my procedure because he felt "uncomfortable" due to me asking questions. On top of that after the surgery is scheduled you will never be able to speak with him again. Everything is communicated through his team and most of them are rude. If you plan on getting any surgery through him expect no information in regards to the procedure, don't any ask questions (unless you want your appointment canceled.), and be prepared for his rude staff.

Dr. Diaz has been treating me going on 12 years. He is always very pleasant and kind. He is very easy to talk with and he always gives me time to ask questions. I had my best check up the other day and we both celebrated together, cheering and hopping up and down!

Not only did the dr actually tell me that my 10mm kidney stone hes been unable to blast with 2 lithotripsies isn't whats causing me pain for months, but also his incompetent nurse was actually in a yelling match with me about it, defending that uneducated standpoint. Never met such disrespectful health care providers. Wish someone made them do their job and be up to date with urological diseases and teach them how to treat people. Apparently this is his standpoint and he treats his cattle he moves thru, i mean patients, all the time. Stay away!

Honestly, really poor bedside manner. He does have some solid reviews, so I'm sure he's a decent doctor. But when trying to ask questions and give more details about my issues, I was rushed like crazy and ignored. Maybe he's a super genius who processes stuff very quickly and doesn't have the patience for a normal conversation. But I thought it was a pretty wack experience.
