As someone who has had terrible experiences with dentists over the years, Desert Willow is an amazing place to get your teeth done. Front desk gals are always so nice and friendly. Dr Crane is very gentle and always checks to see how I'm doing during the procedures. Can't recommend this office enough. Dr Crain and his team are just awesome!! I had an experience recently with another office who after looking at exrays and no real exam tried to get me to pull two teeth and get implants and said I had a cavity.... All of this was false ! That's why I say this is an honest office who you can count on!

This place is bad.... Ever since Dr. Wood left (one of the best dentists I've ever met) the place have been going into the toilet and has been flushed to the sewer. They haven't fixed teeth that I have complained about and when I brought one up, that was cracked to the point that I can feel it with my tongue, and has brought me pain, they told me "let's wait untill it cracks more before we do anything to it". They also told me it looks like I'm getting cancer in my mouth because of something I've had since I was 2. I have also heard the same thing from other people about how their teeth are bothering them and they told them "let's wait to see what happens" instead of dealing with it in the first place. Dr. Wood would have taken care of it next day if he had a spot open. Honestly this is totally disheartening. I wouldn't recommend going here you might as well just let your teeth fall out.

We've been happy with the friendliness of the staff, the competency of Dr Crane, and the transparency of identifying items to be fixed (showing pictures at the appointment so we can see for ourselves), along with the why and how. The front office staff and dental hygienists are very personable and make you feel at ease. It's not often that one can walk through the door and be greeted by name. This office makes you feel welcomed and cared for.
