We just started bringing my 6 year old here after having a not-as-pleasant experience at another dentist, and we’ve been really happy with our visits. All of the hygienists and techs and dentists seem great with kids, and they really have a way of making the kids enjoy the visit. They’re also really great with explaining what to expect in terms of growth and care to the parents. I’m really glad we decided to come here and would highly recommend it!

Desert Valley Pediatric Dentistry was highly recommended to us and they have been nothing but amazing!!! The best service, extremely helpful reminders, and quick appointments. We have never had to wait long for any of our appointments. The staff is so friendly & Dr. Stolz is an incredible pediatric dentist. She is so patient & kind. Everyone is always accommodating to whatever we need. I would highly recommend!

Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants and even the doctor were great with my son. He came home and was actually excited to have had a little work done. Thank you to all who helped my son with his anxiety.

My son fell and broke his adult front tooth. Originally, the emergency appointment went well up until they referred me to an endodontist that doesn't work with children.. no big deal, I found someone else and the referral was still good. After that endodontist appointment I had to call and try to schedule with desert valley because he needs a different type of procedure. The lady that I spoke with was unbelievably rude. Not listening to anything I was saying, talking over me, at one point refused to schedule my son and then said she would schedule us but they would NOT be giving a referral to a different specialist. I recommend finding somewhere else.

Update: on top of being an extremely generic copy/paste response, the phone number posted in the response to this review is the number you have to call to schedule, and the rude woman is the one who answers. I highly doubt discussing the situation further with the person responsible for the negative review would do any good.

Loved my experience for my child’s treatment appointment, everything was explained not only to me, but my kid. Mercedes our assistant was so kind and wonderful with my daughter. She made sure they were comfortable. The dentist wasn’t very friendly but the rest of the staff was so pleasant.

For young toddlers who hate going to the dentist, the staff we saw here were great at checking her teeth quickly and accurately to minimize the stress! My daughter got a sticker and a goodie bag after too, which she was excited about. Overall a smooth process!

It was great till the dentist took one look in her mouth and said a tooth would need to be pulled. It ruined the rest of her visit and scared her enough she wouldn't open her mouth. A little more sensitivity would have been appreciated and saving news that may be scary to a child till the very end
