Went in for emergency fillings. Was amazed at the comfortable environment. And I felt cared for during my appointment. I have alot of fears when it comes to the dentist and for the first time I didn't need my head phones at full blast to make it threw my appointment. 10/10 recommend.

This is the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at the Dentist. Kim has given me a new type of confidence with my smile. Always giving me such comfort with her soft and gentle deep cleaning methods. I appreciate coming here for the amazing experiences I’ve had. This practice is amazing!

Had a great cleaning today by Kim. I really appreciate her professionalism and thoroughness. But more than that I appreciate how friendly and at ease I felt during the procedure.
When she found out that I had another appointment for a crown placement later in the day she was able to get me seen by the dentist right after the cleaning.
And much appreciation to Dr Sandu for fitting me in. She did a top notch job getting the fit just right.
As much as I do not cherish going to the dentist I am extremely happy with the whole staff and my experience.

I have been going to this dentist office for about 3 years now. Everyone is so friendly, personal, and genuinely cares. No one likes going to a dentist. But, at least here they have amazing customer rapport

BEWARE OF THIS DENTIST!!!!!

They charge you out of pocket before they bill your insurance and tell you it's a "Copay". Come to find out they haven't billed my insurance once since visit in December.

If you call them with questions related to charges the office manager (who acts very childish) gets defensive and refuses to answer questions more than once. The office manager is VERY unfriendly, uneducated and unprofessional. I told her she has a lot of bad google reviews and she screamed and said I have bad google reviews then hung up on me. I thought the job of an office manager is to reassure patients even if that means explaining things more than once. She is the cause for this office being so terrible.

Front desk told me if my husband doesn't understand what they are saying he should have someone that understands helping him, then when you call the office to get more information they refuse to speak with you and say because of HIPPA but I have been scheduling his appointment since day 1 and discussing pain and medications with office this whole time.

Dr.Sandh said she would refund us as she refuses to finish the rest of the work my husband needs and now she said she misspoke about the refund (lied). She also asked me if I was a nurse because I sounded like one (what does that have anything to do with what I was asking for).

I had a cleaning two weeks ago and there idea of cleaning is just flossing your teeth and putting polish on. I waited over two hours for them to do that.

My husband had work done and was in so much pain and the doctor and assisted were chit chatting and complaining about a girl who called in sick the whole time while my husband was sitting there in pain waiting for them to start. They messed up on his tooth and refunded him his so called "COPAY". He was in pain for weeks and still is in pain.

I should have checked these reviews before scheduling an appointment here so don't make the same mistake I did.

Worst experience at a dental office EVER. Dental assistant was rude and extremely unprofessional, seemed like she didn't even know what she was doing and should go back to school. Dentist preformed unnecessary procedure. Wasn't aware of what they should be doing to my teeth. Assistant dropped bite guard in my mouth (careless, no bedside manner) Dentist administered shots to my mouth without the nitrous oxide like i had requested and then when i reminded her said "Ohhhhh" like she had completely forgot. Assistant took wrong Xray seemed confused on what treatment i needed done. Definitely did not review my chart even though i had a referral for a root canal. Assistant and dentist argued with me when I said i did not feel the nitrous, kept saying i was breathing through my mouth when i was NOT. I had made an appointment with them on a Friday and called to confirm my root canal the receptionist told me the appointment was NEVER MADE. I asked to get in anyways the same day I called, and told me they could only do a prepping for the root canal, this was a huge inconvenience for me since i had already taken work of to get the prepping and root canal done as promised. when i got there assistant didn't even know what to do asked me if i was there for an exam. Later dentist called me asking if i would come back to finish there, i declined and she never even apologized after i told her why i would not return.EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called to get an itemized statement of my treatment emailed to me TWICE! and they never sent it to me ! so I had to go into the office in person to pick it up. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I am telling EVERYONE i know never to go here.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Dentist of Santa Rosa and felt compelled to share my appreciation for the amazing team! Daylisha and Sheila were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism put me at ease throughout my visit.

Dr. Mindy was exceptional—she took the time to explain every procedure and answered all my questions thoroughly. Her expertise and gentle approach made my dental work much easier than I anticipated.

Overall, I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring and skilled dental team. Thank you, Daylisha, Sheila, and Dr. Mindy, for making my visit so positive

My first appointment took two hours and I never got to the cleaning part of the exam before I just left. 45 minutes of X-Rays and the rest of the time sitting and waiting on Dr. Ahuja. The little time Dr. Ahuja did spend speaking to me was to let me know that I would require $3000 cleanings every 4 months. When pressed on this as this has never been presented to me as a need or option, she said she would refuse to perform basic cleanings that were covered by insurance. A huge scam, do not waste your time or money.
