This office is great! Everyone was super friendly, and the place was really clean and modern. They were busy, but my treatment started right away once I arrived since I had an appointment. The front desk staff, assistants, and hygienist were all very nice and helpful. Dr. Patel is awesome. Really knows her stuff, explains everything clearly, and actually seems to care. Definitely recommend this place!

Dr. Patel and her team are amazing! She did work on five teeth for me and was very professional, kind, and patient. The whole staff is friendly and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. The office is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The entire experience was smooth, and I’m very happy with the results. The staff are always very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Hygienist, Lara is fantastic and very professional. Dr Gill has been great and the orthodontist is also great and my bone graft went well. Can easily recommend this office to anyone. Location is excellent and very convenient. I have come to this office as a patient for a couple years now and I have never had a bad experience. I’ve had bad instances at other dental offices where a dental cleaning was short and rushed but here I am treated very well.

The front desk is always very nice and the doctors are attentive and friendly! Shoutout to Patrick who’s been cleaning my teeth for a while now! He is very detailed - he’s gentle yet thorough every time I see him. He’s been my go-to hygienist for years!

Scam!

My wife went in for a procedure on November 12, and about 3 weeks later we received a bill in the mail that did not match the quote from insurance. We contacted the dental office and insurance and were told that they would sort out the discrepancy.

A week later we got another bill in the mail from the dental office, still with the incorrect amount.

Today we get an email from a debt collector trying to collect!

It has been just over 30 days since we received the initial bill, and the amount is still in the process of being sorted out with insurance. Why is there now a debt collector involved?

We have called the office multiple times and received no response.

We will absolutely not be going back and we will be letting our insurance know that an in-network provider is trying to circumvent the allowable billing amount from insurance.

EDIT: In response to the offices reply, I have been trying to call the office to discuss this, but every time I call I am told that the office manager is "away from the office" and they cannot give me an accurate time to call back.

I filed a grievance with insurance and filed a complaint with the department of consumer affairs.

Don't send people to a debt collector unless they are truly delinquent.

Edit 2: They called my wife and asked her to ask me to remove this review. However they claim that getting sent to collections is “automatic” and can’t be removed. Keep in mind, we only got the bill about two weeks ago and the dental office admits that this is still being worked on with insurance.

So I’ll say again, this place is a scam.

Initially I gave them a 5 star review now I have to say they have fallen way down. I came to a SCHEDULED appointment for 2 pm at 1:50 pm. They didn't get to me till 2:10 pm until I said something with nobody in the room. After a quick x-ray and a quick examination by the dentist, they didn't get to me till about 3:00 pm for the cleaning. I was literally sitting in the chair for about half an hour. I didn't leave till 3:37 pm. Never in my life have I nearly spent 2 hours for just a check up and a cleaning with nobody there. They definitely lost me as their patient for I won't be coming back. Do not get me started about their prices also. With insurance I was being charged almost 10 grand for the work that needed to be done. A CAR PAYMENT.
