What a great office! I really enjoyed my experience here. I never enjoy dental visits but everything went so smoothly with my X-rays, cleaning and exam. I had a great cleaning with Lois the hygienist. Dr. Coke was great and explained everything so I could understand. She’s really sweet. I didn’t feel pressured or nervous like I’ve felt at other dental offices before, which is important to me. This is definitely my new dental home.

All the staff members here- from front desk to the medical ones- are awesome. Lois treated my problematic tooth and my gum disease. She is an expert in her field, is knowledgeable and professional. I felt like God sent me to this place.

The only negative thing, I feel, is that they came to me pushing to pay before the treatment as if I would runaway like in a restaurant after eating. This even after I gave them my Dental Insurance card.

Overall, I am sure I have come to the right place! Thank you all.

The dentist is not one of my favorite places but I must say I didn’t have any issues during my visit. I experienced great customer service from the moment I walked into the office. Ms. Lois made my appointment extra special by taking the time to throughly explain every step of the exam process as well as suggesting things for me to do in the city. 10/10 experience.

This entire staff is AMAZING! So much melanated excellence is this office. They displayed the upmost professionalism from start to finish. Did an amazing job on my dental work. I was able to get in same day of a dental emergency. Everyone went the extra mile to provide me with great care. I think I've found my new dentist from here on out. As a matter of fact, I’m positive that I will only be coming here going forward. Thanks again!

My recent visit to Dental Care of Huntsville was an interesting one. Checked in for my appointment and then I had to fill out some updated paperwork that they wanted to have on file for me, not too bad but wasn’t expecting to have fill out all that paperwork as I am an established patient already. Waited to be called back for my cleaning and Kim I was my dental hygienist and she was definitely an interesting person to deal with. All throughout my cleaning she was complaining about how my tongue was in the way for my teeth while she was trying to clean them. I tried my best to keep my tongue out of her way while cleaning my teeth but according to her I wasn’t trying hard enough. She was nagging and came off at time rude. The Dentist that came in to inspect her cleaning job was nice and somewhat pleasant. The office staff for the most part was friendly, at times they seemed to be more interested in chatting with each other and making plans for lunch then worried about helping there patients. I’m not sure if I will return to this dentist office in 6 months for my regularly scheduled 6 month cleaning, might be time to find a new dentist office that truly cares about there patients.

I love Dental Care of Huntsville. The environment is friendly, conversation is enjoyable, and I get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I truly don’t like going to the dentist, but at least at this one I feel comfortable and welcomed with each visit!
