this place is a NIGHTMARE!
been taking my child here for a cleaning every 6 months. now he has a tooth so rotten that it probably will need a root canal. Hygienist admitted she doesn't know how they missed the cavity at previous appointments.
The girls in the front have horrible,
unprofessional, bad attitudes. Marissa Reibin is the worst of them all. She has also refused to send me my child's X-rays.
she Stated "I will send them when I get around to it. I requested these days ago.
The front office staff also slams their window closed each time after speaking to me.
The type of CARE, CARE QUALITY and OFFICE EXPERIENCE is UNACCEPTABLE.

Went to see Dermatologist Christine Elder for a follow-up appointment. The care for her patients is awesome as always.

2 of my sisters(12 and 16) was sent to get a root canal after a filling they gave her.
They never even finished my worst cavities which they claimed would be high risk for root canal. Instead to move on to Minor cavities that probably were not even cavities. I felt like so much enamel was taken when it didn't need to be. Incomplete job and they used some weird brown material on my tooth and were talking like "if she ever goes in theyre gonna wonder what that is." I'm hoping they weren't experimenting on my teeth like the others in this comment section.

I love coming here. Everyone in the front really work to accommodate your needs with scheduling. The dentist’s are great. I want everyone to realize when there are missing teeth and a partial is needed this is by no means a quick fix. All decay must be absent from your mouth first off.
It can take anywhere between 1 1/2-2 years before your teeth are in place.
Also I’d like to say how comfortable everyone there makes you feel no one makes you feel bad about not taking care of your teeth properly or anything else they’re just glad that you’re in there taking care of the problem no. There really was only one thing that I didn’t care much for and that was when I was getting down to the end of everything that Dennis I’ve been working with just left so then I had a brand new person had to have all new x-rays, another consultation,etc. which just delayed things further. But we’re getting it done that’s the main thing.

All they care about is money. Their dentists are butchers.
The dentists did experimental procedures on me without my permission and they drilled out one of my teeth with no warning or permission.
I'm way worse off for having gone there than I was before.
They insist on doing a root canal that would cost me up to $5,000 out of pocket (including the mandatory crown)
instead of using my insurance to simply pull the tooth. I'm in severe pain every day because of them.

Bottom Line: If you go here they will seriously harm you just to make a buck.

I don't understand all the negative reviews, people it seems only comment on here when they have something negative to say so don't just take their word for it, check it out yourself. Every experience I've ever had there was always with a very friendly and informative staff and the waiting time is always very short, it's definitely the most polite and painless experience I've ever had with any dentist. I was naturally pretty nervous going in, but the head guy dentist and his assistants that always does my work is very caring and his work from everything I've had done was very fast and painless. Overall, an amazing experience as far as having to go to any dentist, I've never seen a more professional and maintained dental office and everyone there is always very helpful

The dental hygienist that took me in was very rude and condescending the entire time I was in the office! It was so bad that I got up and told her I don't want to talk to you anymore, you are very unprofessional. I went to the front to find someone else to speak with and they were no help either! The lady at the front said she'd get the office manager and then came back saying that she was not on the property and would call me later. They would not schedule me another appointment, rather they said the office manager would. SERIOUSLY!! I was treated like dirt from the moment I walked in and then made to feel as if I did something wrong. I didn't do anything wrong except for choosing them for my dental needs. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are complete idiots, obviously the bottom feeders of their profession!!

Excellent friendly and helpful staff and Dr Richie is the very best dentist I've ever seen, I had multiple teeth removed yesterday and had no pain at all just a stiff jaw from holding my mouth open longer than usual, that's the very best results i could wish for ,I'm a relieved and happy client.
