Another very positive appointment. Stress-free and full of great advice and kindness! Dr Rontal has so much knowledge and experience. I appreciate her skill, as she was able to avoid a root canal! I also enjoyed the video of beautiful places in the world, which took my mind off the drilling.

The hygienist was good, the dentist Gabrielle was awesome, the office was running late in their schedule and at the end of treatment they state you can pay with cash however when I presented cash they did not have any change from petty cash and made me resort to using card. Also they are very booked out and understaffed that I couldn’t even schedule my next appointment and was placed on a call list. Very unprepared.

I arrived at Delta Bay Dental at 8:55am for my 9am appointment on 12/12/24. As I was exiting my car, I received a call notifying me that the office was closed due to power outage (and no heat).
I was told to go home and wait for a call to reschedule.
At approximately 11:40am I received another call and was told I was rescheduled the appt. for noon. I dropped everything and drove to Delta Bay Dental. Completed the appt. and was told to check out up front, which I did, but never had to before.
The front desk female said I owed $12. News to me. However she was fumbling to locate the bill and detail so after appx. 5 min. I said send me the bill and I'll review it with my wife.
I left. Later that afternoon I received a call from that same female who said there is no bill and we are current.
I gave 2 stars because I learned from my dental tech that when she arrived at before 7am the power was out. I should have been called well before I left my house at 8:30am AND if I had owed any money. it should have been addressed in the months before this appt.

Every experience I've had with them has been a good one, from the decor of the office, the cleanliness, the hygenist and of course Dr. Tane (is top notch). I have referred several people for veneers and total implants - they are all very happy with beautiful smiles:-)

I had a wonderful and very comfortable experience with Christina at Delta Bay Dental . She made sure that I was comfortable . She was so sweet . I left the office with a shiny super clean teeth .
