Had an amazing time getting a root canal, which is really saying something. From the beginning, Debra was so amazing at getting me scheduled. On the day of, Peter was the most informed common knowledgeable professional and compassionate provider. All easing my way into meeting Dr Meadows who was also brilliantly kind and professional. During the root canal, the communication between Peter and Dr Meadows was very impressive and aspirational. Very clear lines of communication means great teamwork which was evident, and made for very expedited and smooth root canal. All my fears were put to ease seeing this amazing team at work. Highly recommend!!

This is my third “serious” visit with the group and my two most recent visits were with the one and only - Dr. Debra Meadows. Dr. Meadows, simply put, is lovely. As soon as I met her, her presence comforted me. She felt safe, if that make sense. She didn’t give off the vibe that she was there to make money, like some doctors I have come across. Furthermore, she is not the type to recommend unnecessary procedures. She was honest about what my options were and thoroughly went through each one. I walked away, each interaction with her, feeling like I was in control of next steps. Now I should mention that with my most recent visit, which occurred this week, I went to her in the early stages of my nerve dying. Hence, I had a few options as far as next steps. But I imagine, if I went to her with the tooth being in bad shape, then my options were going to be limited. So, if at all possible, I recommend seeing your doctors sooner rather than later and not to dismiss tooth pain. The longer you wait, the less satisfied you’ll be with your outcome. Hence, my poor husband waited too long and he couldn’t do anything but get his tooth extracted.

As far as the staff, at my most recent visit, I can truly say I had a “peaceful” experience! Debbi, the intake specialist and scheduler, did a good job getting me in for my consult and explained the new changes with my insurance and how fees and reimbursements would work out. And, although frustrating, as other reviewers have expressed, the price they give us upfront is just an estimate, it truly is out of their hands. I have called the insurance company myself and they give me estimates too. So, it’s an insurance issue lacking transparency not an office issue per se. I recommend signing up for care credit though to help pay for specialist procedures! It’s a wonderful card that all dental offices offer and you have a certain amount of time to pay your bill in full (6 months at this practice) before interest accrues.

Finally, the final product, the root canal…Dr. Meadows is an artist. She blew my mind with this most recent root canal. I had the privilege of reviewing the final X-ray with her and I gasped at how she nailed it. It looked beautiful. I know the Lord blessed her hands this day and I thank Him for that. She is a good practitioner and human being and I recommend that you come to her practice. You’ll be in good hands.

I just want to say that this was the best dental experience I have ever had! And I am over 60 so that’s saying something!! The staff was delightful! The office is very clean and organized. They ran on time and even called me when I ran a bit behind. But the best part was Debra Meadows herself. She made me feel safe and was able to complete my procedure without any pain. I was anxious about being able to save my tooth. Not only did she save my tooth but I was extremely comfortable the whole time. 5 stars!!!

I went in to see Dr. Meadows to get a root canal a week ago. I was very nervous and remembered what my last root canal was like 25 years ago. I have to say this time was completely different. I didn't feel a thing! She took such great care and it was done in no time. I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process. Her assistant Michelle was fantastic as well. Her entire team was fantastic! I also felt very safe in her office and that means a lot to me during these crazy times.

My wife was referred to this office for an emergency endontic procedure, thirty minutes in she was told they could not do anything for her tooth. We were givean estimate upon leaving and paid the $400+ dollar bill. They gave her a temporary filling which was so poorly applied, it cut up her tongue and cheek immediately. They subsequently billed us an additional $150+, as well as receiving a substantial amount from insurance, making the grand total for a thirt.y minute visit well over $1000. Get a second option before considering any excessively priced procedure.

If you need any serious dental work done, I highly recommend her! I have always been super scared of dentists. Today she did my first root canal and it didn’t hurt at all. Her staff is friendly, professional and organized too. Great Dental Specialist!

I have stage IV cancer and have certain issues, and Dr Meadows and her staff were very compassionate and attentive to my needs.
