Dr Cotton and his employees are absolutely wonderful, professional, friendly. My job makes it hard to make appointments during business hours and I'm always having to cancel or change. The office has always worked with me going above n beyond. THANK YOU. Plus....when a dentist wears shorts to work, you know he's a good guy! Lol 😉

Dr. Cotton and his team have done a ‘superb’ job taking care of me, my wife, and kids for many years… I couldn’t be happier with them… but, the most recent experience was so beyond ‘superb’ the team reached the hero status. I was seven days away from a trip to Fiji where we would be on a 60 foot catamaran sailing between tiny remote islands; very isolated. I felt a toothache coming on, and it wasn’t minor. I called sent email to Kelly asking to, “please let me know if you have any cancellations”. That’s when I learned that Dr. Cotton was also preparing for vacation and was so fully booked it would be quite difficult. The pain seemed to intensify when I learned that news, and I was worried. An hour later Andrea called me and said Dr. Cotton was also worried and would find a way to squeeze me in 2 hours later… one thing led to another and 3 subsequent visits because indeed the pain would have been a serious issue on the sailboat… In the end, thanks to the heroic acts of Dr. Cotton, Jaime, Kelly, and Andrea we sailed the islands of Fiji with no dental problems or pain. Thanks Dr. Cotton to you personally and your team for going the extra mile… my appreciation is beyond words.

If i could give 0 stars i would , Worst dentist I've ever gone to. I have been back to this office numerous times only to be sent away with the problem still persisting and no solution from his end. I had a tooth extracted 2 months ago in his office and after going back to his office 3 times since then for it not healing correctly, I still have a gaping hole where my tooth was, I am again asked to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for him to correct the problem. If you are only in need of a cleaning or light dental work then keep going to this office but if you require more dental work, save your money and find another dentist. Worst experience I have ever had.
