this is the worst facility that I’ve ever visited, the dentist himself is not bad, however, the front desk staff, manager and billing person, Maria , is outrageously horrible. She was extremely rude, she did not want to listen nor help with getting a procedure, the front Desk staff told me to my face that they don’t like United Concordia so they will cancel my procedure, and they did. and to top all of that off when I called to follow up because they did not send in a pre-authorization request for three months after the actual procedure was supposed to be sent in. She hung up on me. I called and asked to speak to the actual dentist and she told me no I could not speak to him about what was going on multiple times. I’ve sent in three grievances to the insurance provider and I wouldn’t go back there if you paid me. If I were you, I would not step foot into this office, they are terrible, horrible, and any synonym that you can think of that means bad. If I could give them zero stars, I would do that.

Got referred here by a local dentist. Read the reviews about customer service. Immediately called united Concordia and scheduled an appointment with a different provider on the network. There are plenty of other options.

Dr. Damiani, nurses and front office staff are amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Dr.Damiani thoroughly explained the procedure to my daughter and I, gave us all her options, and patiently answered all our questions at the first appointment. Her procedure was yesterday, and their attentiveness and compassion to her anxiousness was evident in each step.

This morning, they called to check on her, and gladly answered a few questions.

I’m so appreciative to them all, and highly recommend them for dental care.

Dr. Damiani and the nurse who helped with my procedure were amazing. They were informative and very compassionate. They understood my anxiety throughout the procedure and offered plenty of reassurances.

A slight miscommunication occurred with the receptionists when claimed the doctor didn't have enough time to perform my procedure today even though he himself said he could. We eventually got it sorted out. But other than that, I highly recommend this dentist.

This dentist is great with oral surgery, however, they have a very rude billing department. In more detail, Mariah, who was being extremely rude to me and my family. When there was a mishap with the billing process she was absolutely no help and HUNG UP on me.

Can not speak to the actual dental work as we didn’t get that far. The front office is incompetent. Didn’t get any records from the dentist referred us, wanted to repeat X-rays that were done only three weeks ago. Tried to collect a $550 copay when I was on the phone with my 2 DENTAL PLANS that both said all I would owe is 10% of the sedation costs. Nah - do ur job properly!! Incompetency at its finest. Now I find out they billed my insurance for an exam that was not done as I refused (over the phone) for them to do anything on my minor since they could not apparently bill insurance properly.

I’m a total weenie when it comes to anything dental, so I chose general anesthesia to get my wisdom teeth out. I was beyond scared because I’ve never been put under for anything before. The office staff were so kind and so helpful with easing my stress about it. Once they put the IV in, got the oxygen mask on, I remember looking at the ceiling with Dr. Damiani telling me it’s going to be okay, and I don’t remember a thing after that! I love the office staff and recommend them to anyone for their dentistry needs!

Great dentist and office staff! Doctor Damiani took the time to thoroughly explain implant procedures, process and treatment. Very professional, friendly and understanding. Staff explained billing, costs and time frame. It's not cheap. Nothing worth doing right is ever cheap. He also removed 2 of my wisdom teeth ten years ago.
Painless and recovered quickly. Highly recommended this office!!!
