I’ve had Dr Chan as my dentist for a long time and he is the best in the business. On this visit I had an impression done for my new crown. I noticed that he always uses the latest state of the art technology and practices as witnessed with this visit. Also on this visit, his wife and staff had to cover for their treatment coordinator and did it flawlessly. Very impressive.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, so I have been putting off making an appointment for a long time. I needed to have my old inlay removed for a crown procedure. Dr. Chan and his staff made my visit very comfortable. I had to ask Dr. Chan if he injected anesthesia because it was so painless that I didn’t even feel the injection. They also provided a Bluetooth headset for me to listen to my own music from my phone. The experience felt quick and painless, and I hardly heard any drilling.

Sometimes you need more than five stars! Dr. Chan and his team have worked patiently with me for over 3 years. I’m over 60 years old and have had a lot of dental work over the years, but I continued to have problems. Dr. Chan recognized that among other things, my bite has never been corrected. No other dentist or specialist I’d seen had taken the time to address that fundamental step and my poor bite lead to many problems. With time and patience, Dr. Chan changed my (very problematic) removable upper denture to a fixed denture. This is an amazing difference and with my bite correction I can expect to have none of the issues that I’ve been dealing with for years. I’m very grateful to Dr. Chan for his expertise and the care he provides his patients. During the time I’ve worked with him, Dr. Chan has come in on his day off to assist me (more than once), he and Heidi had to become Sherlock level sleuth’s to determine the manufacturer of one of my implants (unfortunately the office that put them in didn’t have the information) and Heidi has worked magic setting my appointments (she keeps in mind the time of day, traffic, ect., it’s a personalized service you don’t experience very often) and Sue has been my hand holder, my advisor and the best dental assistant I’ve ever encountered (believe me, I’ve encountered many). Mae Chan, in addition to her amazing floral business inspires a number of annual charitable events at the office on an impressive scale, as well as helping out in the office. You just walk in and you’ll soon see for yourself that this group of professionals treat all of their patients with respect and as if you’re a member of their family. You are in the best hands when you walk into this office!
