Crestpointe Dental is amazing! The front desk lady is so nice and frequently would text me to let me know of any new openings so I could move my appointment up. The dentists were also very nice and welcoming. I would have loved to stay with them but unfortunately moved out of state. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. By far the best dentist I've ever had.

I recently visited Crestpointe for teeth crowning and Dr. T was very gentle while working on my teeth and was constantly checking to make sure that I was not experiencing any discomfort. She took her time to explain what she was doing and answered all of my questions patiently.

Crestpointe Dental has been phenomenal! I had a dental emergency in the past and they were extremely attentive. I damaged a tooth that was nearly irreparable and they were able to see me nearly immediately. They were able to get me a referral and the appropriate care quickly. Now, it’s like it never happened.

Since then, they have been very communicative in planning and scheduling appointments. I never feel out of place or rushed during my visits. I work in healthcare and I understand how challenging it can be to deliver good care, despite the challenge, they are always so patient and kind. They always involve me in care by letting me know exactly what I might experience during cleanings and procedures before they start. They involve me even in the little things, like asking what I’d prefer to watch during my visit. I always feel welcome and feel they care just as much about my experience as they do my dental needs. I had my first dental experience with Dr. T, I did a deep cleaning and a filling. It was the most comfortable experience I’ve ever had at the dentist, and I’m normally very sensitive to pain!
