Yo se que aqui van muchos latinos por eso les escribo en los dos idiomas. Si te gustan tus dientes, evita este lugar. Este lugar fue al dentista de mi familia durante muchos años. No estoy seguro de cuándo comenzó la negligencia, pero de repente, cada vez que nos veían, había algo mal en nuestros dientes. Dejamos de ir hasta que mi esposa buscaba un nuevo dentista y le recomendé que fuera con Macias o Crespo. Vino a su cita y le dijeron que tenía 7 caries y necesitaba un tratamiento de conducto. Le dieron la cotización y la despidieron con una nueva cita para llenar las caries y completar el tratamiento de conducto. No lo podia creer cuando llegó a casa y me contó las malas noticias. Le dije que no fuera a la segunda cita y que buscara una segunda opinión. Nos recomendaron a otro dentista y allí obtuvimos una segunda opinión. ¡Resulta que NO tenía caries y NO necesitaba un tratamiento de conducto! Poco a poco, mi familia comenzó a ver a otro dentista y también se dieron cuenta de que estaban siendo diagnosticados por error o tenían trabajos que estaban mal hechos. Solo escribo esta reseña para, con suerte, salvar a alguien de que estos dos dentistas le destruyan los dientes.

If you like your teeth, avoid this place at all cost. This place was my family's go to dentist for many years. I am not sure when the malpractice began but suddenly every time we would come in there was always something wrong with our teeth which began to be suspicious. It wasn't until my wife was looking for a new dentist and I recommended she go here that we stopped going here all together. She came in for her appointment and they told her she had 7 cavities, and needed a root canal. They gave her the quote and sent her off with a new appointment to fill the cavities and complete the root canal. I was baffled when she came home and told me the bad news. I told her not to go to the second appointment and instead look for a second opinion. We were recommended to another dentist and got a second opinion there. Turns out she had NO cavities and did not need a root canal! Slowly my family began to see other dentists and they also found that they were being miss diagnosed or had jobs that were poorly done. I only write this review to hopefully save someone from getting their teeth destroyed by these two dentists.

Doctor and staff is cool, but whenever I went with my fam, doctor would always say I had cavities at every visit when I had just payed for the “cavities” to be filled in at my last visit which was less than a year ago. It didn’t make sense how I had another 3 cavities when he just had filled them in last time. Just recently went to another dentist and turns out I didn’t have any cavities! My teeth were fine and had no problems. Doctor is a cool guy but tries to get money out of you

Such a wonderful place to go. I wasn’t even his patient my crown came off , which was decayed underneath until I can afford a root canal and praying I don’t have to replace the 1 1/2 year old crown. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s just the right kind of guy even had the staff to check on me. I just spent big money to get dental work and to be put to sleep never in 2 year one phone call. I’m almost there to get it fixed it’s starting to ache and I trust he refer me to someone as kind and knowledgeable as himself. Can’t thank you enough!!

Hey folks, just a heads-up for anyone thinking about this dentist – tread carefully. The hygienist was cool, but the dentist? Not so much. Picture this: he tries shoving this big blue thing into my mouth without any warning, and I felt like I was about to choke. I told him to chill and take it out, but he got all annoyed, claiming I used it before (no memory of that, by the way).

So, I let him try again, but cue instant panic attack. I tell him, "Nah, not happening." That's when he gets all up in my face, saying he won't clean my teeth unless I play along. That was my cue to sit up and say, "I'm outta here!" He even tried taking off my bib – nope, not letting him touch me after that circus.

Called the office later, and guess what? They're billing my insurance for an X-ray I didn't even want. Like, seriously? I was left feeling traumatized and empty-handed, except for a hefty bill. This dentist guy needs a reality check on patient vibes – rough, intimidating, and seriously lacking in people skills. Save yourself the trouble and find a dentist who doesn't treat you like a dental guinea pig.

Staff is cool. Easy to make apt and clean place. The Doc doesn't like to tell you much about your own teeth. I was not happy when he didn't go over the x rays with me. I had to ask how many cavities I have otherwise he wouldn't have told me. He likes to speed through things and ask you to come back to finish things.

Finding a reliable dentist has been so stressful for me but I’m super happy I found this Dental office! Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable dentist and assisting hygienist. I felt very comfortable and received expert advise from Dr. Macias, he explained everything to me, as well as expressing his concern for the need to have repairs done and was offered the best options for my personal dental situation. I am truly glad I chose Macias and Crespo Dental Corp. Highly recommend. Thank you!
