I am so impressed with this group. I came from a really good dentist in Petaluma that I laughed due to them wanting me to do my own accounting and filling my insurance directly because they felt they were losing money. So I chose Cotati Dental and I’m so happy to be there. I absolutely love the entire staff. Everyone is so kind and professional no one ever looks like they just rolled in And I have early morning appointments A beautiful Collective.

Really nice place with nice staff. Lots of parking and they accept my Aetna insurance. Dentist was very informative and thorough. I even learned some things about how to care for my teeth better. Will be keeping my routine appointments and scheduling one for my son.

The whole crew is incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. Lots of attention to the details of making sure you are comfortable (like providing sunglasses so the exam lights don't hurt your eyes). From what I see they are a do no harm dental practice. They're not going to drill on your teeth if they can help it. And they work with you on what you're comfortable with, providing lots of options. No pressuring and fast talking. I am grateful to have found this practice close to home. A true 5 stars.

Let me start with saying that I have been to numerous dentist offices throughout my life but mainly for emergency crises moments. Recently I decided I wanted to try to get on a consistent schedule with regular cleanings and at least develop a local relationship with a dentist office near my home. For years I was told how horrible my teeth and gums are and that not much could be done for me, even a dentist once said we might as well just pull all these and go with dentures. I recognize my lack of care going to the dentist and genetics kinda set myself up for failure the older I am getting. Let me tell you about my experience with this office from the moment I reached out to them, super friendly warm voice on the phone setting me up with an appointment. I arrived to find that this office has super friendly staff and a warm welcome for my first visit, the dentist was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I recognize that I am far behind with trying to catch up on my oral care but the dentist didn’t talk down to me, and actually gave me hope that if I get caught up on somethings going on with my mouth it may be possible to feel comfortable with smiling again. I know they are super nice and could have been harsh with me, but from the dentist to the dental hygienist I was assured things with my mouth with be fine moving forward. Every office i have been to insists on deep root planing right from the first visit and won’t do regular cleanings at all unless you commit to the high cost with that service especially since I am paying out of pocket without insurance. This office wasn’t aggressive with forcing my choices, they developed a game plan on the spot to get my oral health in order, and gave me some hope on moving forward with these teeth that I have. I can’t go back and change the beginning of the story so no point in making me feel bad about my past history with lack of money to take care of my teeth growing up. I feel the cost for the procedures that are needed appear to feel reasonable and I would be more than happy to take care of the things they suggest. Now I’m scheduled for future cleanings and I am so happy that I have decided to use a local office without the big corporate feel. I appreciated the customer service that was top notch!

I have been coming here for over 10+years. I enjoy everyone that works in this office, and the new employees that join have such a welcoming spirit!! I could never go to any other dentist because this dental office treats you like family. They care for you, explain everything they do, and even give you advice that most offices won’t. This office is the best in Sonoma county!
