Pedi cita para una limpieza a la que tengo derecho sin costo en mi aseguranza, he estado aqui dos horas y no he sido atendida
Y me quieren cobrar la limpieza
Argumentando que no lo voy a pagar yo. Me voy de regreso con dolor de cabeza x el hambre y furiosa xq no consegui mi limpieza dental

Todo estuvo muy bien, el doctor muy profesional, la asistente Silvana, excelente!!! hasta que... casi 9 meses después me llega una cobranza de $900 en consecuencia que todo estaba pagado por mi seguro y la parte al contado que me correspondía, cuando fui a hablar con la persona encargada de las cuentas(esposa del doctor), me informa que mi cía. de seguro no había pagado todo, etc. Pasaron 2 meses de llamados, correos y muchos malos ratos para que finalmente esta gente hiciera bien su contabilidad y se dieran cuenta que todo estaba pagado. También me di cuenta que cambiaron al personal. Con lo sucedido obviamente no quiero volver a esta oficina dental.

We had really bad experience today at Contra Costa Dental. The lady working at the front desk name Adora. She treated us really badly that's how she confirms patients appts there I guess. She shouted and talked really rudely to us. She even kept on mimicking even after we went inside. Looks like she was being racists or something because the patient who was after us she talked politely to them. Never had this experience before there since I m going to that dental from long time.and after we came out she didn't even wanted to make next appointment for my daughter she said her computer is not working. She was behaving like she owns the place.Don't feel like going there no more such a disrespect from that lady.

My family and I have been coming here for over 2 years. We love the dentists BUT the Asian receptionist is the reason we are not coming back. Every time we go in for a cleaning she gives us one price of what our total will be for the services we need like a filling or deep cleaning. And once we go in for that appointment, she increases the total of what she said it would be. We tell her that is not what she had said last time but fine we pay it. But this ALWAYS happens. Yesterday my mom went and this same thing happened and once she paid and sat down to get her filling, the receptionist comes in and says its $50 more. I have seen the same thing happen with other customers and we are tired of this. Again, we love both dentists that work here but be expected to have price increases every time you come in for something you already scheduled and paid.

I hate to say this dentistry its awful and not responsible at all. I when in for a clean up and after that I went home with a-lot of pain I thought it was from the clean up but 2 weeks whent by and my teeth where still sensitive and one of my molars was chipped. Now I can eat from my right side because food its getting inside the molar. I whent talk to the dentist and he couldn’t asume responsibility from the damage they cause to me I dont got the money to pay or fix my tooth witch I need to eat everyday. Be careful coming here and if u noticed something wrong do something about right away.

I had Deep cleaning service there，since then my tooth became very sensitive that I can’t drink cold water ，when I asked the dentist ，he just suggested me to change my tooth paste 。and the filling work ，left a giant piece of glue on my teeth ，I gotta use my nail filer to get it off ；and also they kind of charged me more than the dental clinic I am going now ，glad I don’t have to go there anymore ！

Don't come here. Hygienist is very friendly, but there's no assistance. They don't give you glasses to protect you. Usually after a deep cleaning most dental offices will re assest your teeth with ex rays to make sure you don't have anymore plaque. Well guess what they didn't offer me that. Not only that, but they didn't polish my teeth after my deep cleaning. They also are not willing to regulate the water temperature so if you have sensitive teeth you just going to have to deal with cold water. Also I never saw the Hygienist wash her hands and she came from one room to another with the sames gloves. I never saw her change her gloves.. Not even when I walked out the room and she walked me back out.When I questioned the Hygienist why wasn't she going to polish my teeth?. She said because it goes in your gums and could get infected?. mm interesting never heard of that. Then she told me that I have to come back 3 months after to get a regular cleaning and then only will polishmy teeth.
