The proof is not just in the name. Today was my first appointment and will not be my last. My last dentist did not do as thorough exam in any appointment. The staff was great and every single staff member said hello and smiled and some talked to me. I do not like going to the dentist. I was scared and I was shaking and crying (silly I know)the Hygienist talked to me explaining everything. She looked at my teeth and gave me encouraging and caring words of dental wisdom and I calmed down.. I have been to alot of Dentists. I feel the care and I do feel comfortable. The name is perfect.

Genuinely from the bottom of my heart and soul, the BEST dentist and hygienist in Sacramento. I’ve been to a handful around sac and the difference is extremely noticeable.

He’s so gentle and everyone in the office is so nice. Even the numbing needles didn’t hurt as badly as the other dentists. This dentist office is so good I almost don’t even wanna leave this review because I wanna gatekeep but the office as a whole is so kind and good that he deserves the review and money. ? bless this entire office.

Wow, I had a great experience getting a nightguard fit for teeth grinding. I slept with the new mouthguard last night and it worked perfectly and was very comfortable. It might be the best nightguard I have ever had fitted! The dentist did a great job and I am very pleased. I had minimal wait time for both the scan/mold and follow-up fitting appointments. I am very happy with the care and effort I received to make sure I was happy with the nightguard. I had previously had a not so great experience at this location several months ago. But the last two visits were far more pleasant compared to my original experience from the older review below. I can see now that the main reasons for my discontent in my previous review were generally centered around a tech who was not involved this time when I got the new nightguard. The dentist was very friendly and did a great job fitting the nightguard.

I needed to be fit for a night guard. The tech used a laser to map my mouth which she struggled with and made my lips bleed because of how much she jammed the sensor in my mouth. I came in later to have the night guard fitted and after waiting over 30 minutes it would not fit no matter how much they ground it down. The tech attempted to take a mold of my mouth and failed three times and just added more puddy on top of the putty that already cured.

Dr. Gaddis and Staff get 5 Stars. I was in a lot of pain and suffering really bad. I saw another dentist who told me I didn't have an infection, ( Crazy) but when I saw Dr. Gaddis and he pulled my teeth it was really bad. The only pain I felt was from the shots and it was no big deal. Dr. Gaddis and His Staff are Kind, Compaasionate and are highly trained. Patient for life Doc, see you soon.

The office staff and the dental technician were excellent, but the dentist was not.
I was there for my first visit: x-rays, cleaning and exam.
I have never been to a dentist where the technician did the exam, not the dentist.
The dentist came in at the end of the appointment. He did not introduce himself to me, he did not say one word. He looked at the monitor with my x-rays and walked out while I was talking to him. My x-rays showed that I had no cavities so maybe he was frustrated that he would be making no money off of me.

The physicians were very nice and way beyond understanding. They helped my friend out with a fractured tooth the same day and set him up on an in office payment plan when many others would not. He was in extreme pain and isn’t in the best financial situation no insurance and the physicians went above and beyond to fulfill his needs. All I could say is they are transparent and also have great financing options and will work with you not against you. I am happy that I found this place. If you are in an emergency situation without any insurance this place is the place to go. they offer Affordable prices for dental work and also offer an annual membership for a fee of 179$ a year which gives you access to discounts towards your dental work and a couple free teeth cleanings etc. You can’t beat the courtesy and you can’t beat the prices! Thanks again for helping the best ways you can. It’s refreshing to know that there’s still good people who care more about the patient than they do the money.

Amazing dentist office, everyone who works there is so kind and sweet and patient. Dr. Gaddis heard my problems with my teeth and set up a comprehensive plan of attack and explained how things would work out. Went in for fillings the other day but was experiencing a large amount of pain and he went above and beyond my expectations to help ease my suffering. Pulled my wisdom tooth with no discomfort, literally didnt even feel an iota of pain and it was like a weight was lifted off my jaw. He deserves all the stars and so does the rest of the staff as well. I have had issues with dentists in the past but he has restored my faith in getting my teeth fixed. Highly recommend this dentist office!!
