Dr. Randolph E. Birsch, was amazing and I loved the way he treated me and my husband. I was so worried that what bad news he will have for me but the way he explained everything in details that made me feel so much better and relaxed.

He’s nurse was so kind and gentle too,she was so sweet and understanding.

Because they are not just helping patients they are really caring for them with kindness love care,they are compassionate and loving people and I am so grateful and thankful for them both.

Promote the person's who is in charge of the music entertainment while I was there talk about a distractor! How many people are excited about having a "root canal" the great music took bad thoughts away.
But the doctor was good too.

I was so nervous to have my first root canal but Dr. Birsch and the staff were amazing and made me comfortable enough to get through it. As they were working on my teeth they talked me through it step by step and there was no pain during and after the procedure. I would recommend anyone who needs a root canal to make an appointment with them!

Everyone in the office was exceptionally kind and they made you feel very relaxed. The anticipation of having a root canal can be very stressful. However, I was frequently asked if I was comfortable and I could tell Dr. Birsch and his assistant really did care. Also, the follow up call from Dr. Birsch checking on my recovery was very kind. Overall, the experience was exceptional.

Clean, pleasant l, convenient office. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My appointment was at 10am, I was told to be there no later than 9:40…which I was…but my doctor didn’t show up until almost 10:30am. Once he got there, he was wonderful, very thorough in his explanations of everything, and very compassionate.

I’m visiting from Australia when BAM! my tooth starts playing up with an infection that’s causing me a heap of unbearable nerve pain.
Going to any dentist makes me very nervous, but I found a real gem when I walked into Commonwealth Endodontics on Grove Ave in Richmond Virginia!
I found the entire staff to be warm, welcoming & professional.
Dr Birsch took his time in explaining the procedure & checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was doing ok. He & Brooke, the dental assistant, spoke politely & respectfully to me & to each other -which automatically put me at ease from the get go.
Without any hesitation, I highly recommend Dr Birsch & Commonwealth Endodontics! Thank you to the whole team.

My experience with this practice was exceptionally positive! I can't say enough good things about Dr Birsch and all the staff I encountered, but will say Dr Birsch was incredibly kind, responsive, communicative, took time to answer my questions and did excellent work. It's not that I want to have more endodontic work done, but if I do have to, it is comforting to know that I can return to this caring practice.
