Chose this facility for some preventative cardiac testing. We are not local to Colorado Springs and wanted to choose a modern facility. This was the very best care I've received at any medical facility. The reception staff was warm and efficient. Best of all, we waited very little for testing and results came immediately and were interpreted right away. Staff explained results and seemed genuinely curious to ensure all my needs were met. I liked this facility so much that a few weeks after my appt, a family member had a need for urgent care and I drove a little further to get here. Happy to report the same excellent service. Nurse Julie was the best most caring person. I have experienced when kt has cam to a hospital situation. I am 33 yr old and she still found ways to help me calm down and smile. This woman deserves raise. As I have spent a great amount j. Hospitals due tk having epilepsy. This is the best treatment I ever received and man this girl on top of it on top of it and she should be extremely proud of yoursel

We are here this morning getting ready for surgery. We were greeted upon entry and taken straight to registration. Erin was very helpful with getting me checked and ready to go upstairs.

I am having a total right hip replacement. Dr. Howarth came highly recommended...

Mrs. Elizabeth came and got us bringing me back to the room to get prepped for surgery. Vitals, IV and etc, etc.. The bathroom was clean.

Dr. Howarth came in and went over the surgery details and answered questions about the procedure... he mentioned the spinal tap to prepare me for the surgery and now I'm ready to grab my bag and hit the nearest exit...

The anesthesiologist Dr. Ervin came in and talked with me more in depth about the spinal tap and the reason Dr. Howarth prefers it. I understood and I get it butttttttt, the thought was still like nope Kenn get the car.. all joke aside. I am just "THANKFUL & GRATEFUL" that I can get this hip taken care of...
They wheeled me to the operating room to get me ready and everyone was in good spirits and ready to get started.

Thanks to my nurse that was in the operating room with me. My apologies that I forgot your name . I really appreciated the support you gave me durning that time. I was having a moment and bad flashback of when I got an epidural 12/1993. So "THANK YOU" for allowing me to cry it out but, also for comforting me at the same time.

Mrs. Jenny was my nurse I. Recovery and she took really good care of me until it was time to go to my room. She was prompt, nice and sweet. She had the most gorgeous smile and tried everything to make me really comfortable. My leg was still numb but, my calf muscle felt like I had a Charlie horse unit and I could not function so the tears would just flow. I couldn't get up so..

Mrs. Jennifer was great and super caring. She made sure I was very comfortable and well taken care of. I didn't feel rushed or stressed about anything. She made sure you got me a fan because I was burning up.

Mrs.Debby was simply amazing, very supportive and kind. She made sure that I had everything I need to be as comfortable as possible.

Me. Nolan came thru around 2 something and did PT with me. He was very polite, informative and gentle. He helped me do some PT and it went well. He was so patient with me.

I'm on a carb controlled diet 65Grams. So for lunch I had a grilled chicken breast, brown rice and apple juice.
For dinner grilled cheese, a fruit plate, short bread cookies and water.

At shift change Mrs. Miranda and Amanda were taking care of me for the night. They were amazingly great and very very helpful. Miriam was also very helpful and polite too.

Mrs. Abby in PT came by and did some exercises with me and some stretches that I oiled do daily for a few days and then increasing to 3. She was patient and through with all the instructions.

Mrs. Jenna in OT came by and helped me shower, change out my compression stocking, bandage and get dress. She was very cool, funny and friendly.

Mrs. Faith the Chaplin and by to pray with us. She was nice and polite.

Mr. Jacob was nice and hilariously funny as well. We were looking for the hand wipes and discovered they didn't carry them anymore. So we're we'd on the same page of the hand

Dr. Reinhart came and checked me to make sure I can be discharged. He was nice and polite. He checked me out and gave the thumbs up.

Mrs. Shufen was very nice and funny. She took me out when I was discharged. She was friendly, prompt and very through. She made sure I got in the car safely and comfortably to go home.

I do recommend the to family and friends. Thanks you ll for the caring support you have given me.

My sister had her 2nd foot surgery here and hands down the best experience. They are so kind, funny and really make you feel at ease and calm in nerve racking situations. The amount of smiles, hello’s, laughs and kind words the nurses give before and after surgery is above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

I have a big phobia of hospitals. So much so, I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes trying to convince myself to leave. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Got checked in and brought back within minutes. They had a nurse asking me questions while the other one placed my IV. Which was brilliant because I barely noticed. They were thorough and kind. Exactly the experience I needed in that moment. I hope they know how appreciated they are!

This place sucks! My wife was there for surgery. They would only allow one family member in pre-op at a time because the rooms are so small. The place is brand new. Why didn’t they build that area of the hospital bigger? My wife has had a lot of surgery and everywhere else has allowed two family members in pre-op. Then they had this Nurse Ratchet standing over me insisting one family member go to the waiting room. I couldn’t be with my wife in the moments before she went under general anesthesia and I didn’t know if I would ever see her alive again. Thanks St. Francis for the emotional trauma.

Took my 76 year old mom to the E.R. after she fell, said she has neck fracture of greater tuberodity a fracture in the numeral diaphysis ans soft edema and swelling overpaying the right shoulder.
All the ER did was give her a sling and sent her home. No care at all , they did nothing but sent her home in a condition that can get worse extremely easy. They cant even help with broken bones dont wast your time Commin Spirite could care less.
