I was having upper and lower dental pain, that was becoming worse. The service was excellent. I was called back promptly by the office and message relayed to Dr. Chun who then called me back. We discussed initial treatment measures on the phone, which were helpful for my pain, and then I got a call the next day with an opening and was seen. I had an evaluation and overall reassuring and a follow up plan.. I’m very thankful for this great service..

I called to say i would be a few minutes late and Dr. Chun was graciously still able to see me. Today i had sutures removed from a recent grafting surgery performed by Dr. Chun. The surgery and post-op work were expertly performed by Dr. Chun, who shows professionalism, thoroughness and cordiality at a high level. His staff (Jill and Monica attended to me today) are friendly, easy to communicate with, and excellent at their positions. I am glad i am using Dr.Chun for my dental needs.

Had dental surgery performed by Dr Chun. Local anesthesia was exceptional! I was comfortable the entire time in the chair. Both Dr Chun and his assistant frequently asked how I was doing. This office is so efficient and caring. So happy Dr Chun joined the practice as I was struggling to find a provider to perform this surgery. Excellent follow up as well. Highly recommend!

As I walked in the office I was welcomed as if I were an honored member of their caring and loving family. Everybody is friendly, attentive, patient and professional there. Dr Sayer-Carstairs explained her findings and the options of the necessary treatments clearly and patiently, I felt very comfortable during my stay there.
It was a pleasant experience in every aspect, so as crazy as it sounds, I can't wait for the next appointment.
