Lady at checkout desk is kind of rude. But the ladies who took care of my daughter who is 8 and had to have a filling and the numbing shot were very sweet and patient with her. It’s the beginning to end experience that counts for it all though. So was pleased with the staff who attended to my daughter but not pleased with the older desk lady. And it’s not my first time having this encounter with the checkout woman.

Excellent and down to earth staff. Haven’t been to the dentist in years out of fear, and it was virtually painless. They were fast and thorough. They made a plan of action and discussed the costs upfront, which was one of the most ethical actions a dentist office has ever done for me.

The lady who checked my teeth today was absolutely wonderful. I believe her name was Rhea Ann. She's such a kind soul and you can definitely tell she loves what she is doing. She wants to help people so so much. Her and the doctor both explained everything so well, definitely trying to simplify everything to my understanding. I was definitely nervous, but so glad I came today!

This was a second opinion experience. There was very little conversation with the dentist, but the dental hygienist knew more than most dentists I've ever met. Kudos to Ruthie. She was very relaxed and willing to go with whatever decisions we made based on her excellent input. She was even considerate enough to use my wife's preferred name, Sue . Definitely she is recommendable.

i went for my visit and as soon as i went in, i was greeted by a nice girl with black hair. she was so kind and gave me a cup of water while i waited. i only waited a few minutes until i got called. the girl that did my cleaning was very nice as well

The staff at Cloudland Dental are top-notch! I'm so grateful for their patience and expertise when it comes to dental care for my 8 year old daughter. She's been going to them for a few years now, and we've never had a bad experience there. We've had to have some extractions done, about which she was very nervous,; but they gently guided her right through it, and got it done as quickly and painlessly as possible. I highly recommend Cloudland Dental in Crossville, TN!!!

I was so excited for my appointment today. My partial was done and ready for pick up. This has been the easiest process. Everyone is always so nice. The waiting room is always clean and smells fresh. Definitely so glad I found Cloudland Dental.

They were very understanding of my anxiety worked with me with the upmost kindness and allowed me to use laughing gas to make my experience more tolerable and calmer! The tech done an absolute amazing job on my teeth and I’m super happy with all the services that my family and I receive
