Initially, everyone at the office was friendly and welcoming. However, when an issue arose after my procedure, my experience took a disappointing turn. I was left in significant pain, and instead of offering support or solutions, the doctor seemed more focused on shifting blame and even made me feel as though I was at fault. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with a dental office, and I won’t be returning.

Dr. Carmen is absolutely amazing. I went in because I was having tooth pain from a broken tooth that became infected. The front staff was able to get me in for an emergency appointment within a couple days and Dr. Carmen gave me my options and his recommendation. He removed the broken tooth and I had very little pain afterwards. I would highly recommend Clear Creek Dental. Not only are they professional but they are so nice.

First I wish I could give 6 stars because they deserve more than just five.
When you walk in you’re greeted with a smile and welcome when they are checking you in. The time wait is short, when your name is called you’re greeted again with a smile and a hello how are you today?
They always make sure you’re comfortable and if you have any questions or concerns.
They keep checking on you asking if you’re doing well during the procedure..
I’m the type of patient who has anxiety and gets cold during a procedure and I was able to bring a small blanket with me for Comfort and warmth… 😊
I’ve met every Doctor and they all are the best. The assistance and hygienist are caring and gentle.
I strongly recommend giving them a try, you will not regret it.

They are the most professional, compassionate, caring dental professionals I could ever imagine, honestly. The first time I went, I'd not been to a dentist in fifteen years. I sat down in the chair and immediately started to cry. I have a horrible fear of mouth pain, but they consistently do everything to make sure I'm in no discomfort, even for cleanings. I'm so grateful for them and I refer everyone to them any chance I get.

Kassandra is amazing!!! So kind and non judgmental. Also gave a great recommendation. I brought my daughter in with me for my appointment and the office staff were so kind to her and spoiled her with toys!
