I’ve had a great experience here the last two times I have had a cleaning. They changed doctors which is always unfortunate if you liked the original doctor, but the new one was great too! They were very quick and efficient getting my fillings done. They always checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay, and they answered all my questions thoroughly.

I’ve been coming to Citident for 6+ years and I love it! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. I love all the dentists here because they really care about their patients’ wellbeing and have excellent bedside manner. They have state of the art equipment and I feel like I’m always getting the best care. Their location is very convenient for me to get to. Citident is the best dental office I’ve ever been to and I would recommend it to everyone!

Ever since moving here in 2020, CitiDent has been taking care of my teeth so thoroughly. Thank you Dr. Jasselle and Sarah for doing such a great job. They even provided a Philips Sonicare toothbrush! I'd recommend taking public transportation (Bart) for an easy and hassle free method of transportation.

Had an amazing experience here with Alex, Sarah and Jasselle! Everyone was super friendly and nice. The check-up and cleaning process was smooth. They walked me through my teeth problems and treatment plans very meticulously and patiently. 10 out of 10 and I’ve already booked my next two appointments!

First off, this dentist is BEAUTIFUL and so clean. More importantly they are the most kind, friendly, communicative and knowledgeable staff. Alex at the front desk is so bright and cheerful. Jasselle is the best dentist I've ever been to. She is thoughtful, so knowledgeable, and never pushes any treatment that doesn't need to be done. Been coming here for years and can't recommend it enough!

It is my second time visiting Dr. Jasselle. For deep cleanings. No fun, very professional, and painless. Yet The team is amazing. Alex front desk is on point. They even tried to book me quicker. Swift, kind, and friendly team, I completely recommend. Most importantly trustworthy!

I saw Dr Ngo. Best dentist visit I have ever had. She was incredibly thorough and perceptive. Everybody here has an amazing bedside manner, and the office has a massive and attentive team. Everything was thouroughly explained to me (including bills and coverage!) and my mouth was analysed in detail to create a plan for my health needs, without trying to push a bunch of cosmetic interventions. Plus, I got the quickest and most pain-free cleaning of my life. They take lots of insurance plans and you don’t have to schedule months in advance. 10/10, I am confident I found my dentist in the city!

I hate going to the dentist and I was so sad when a island Dental was no longer. I thought I couldn't find another dentist office I liked until my coworker recommended Citident!! My first experience was great!!! Dr. Armini was amazing and Jenise was so great as well made me feel at ease right away!! I have a plan and will be back, highly recommended so far!
