I had a very positive experience with Dr. Nguyen at Chula Vista Periodontics. Dr. Nguyen did an excellent job discussing my options and recommending the most conservative approach that best fit my profile and made her recommendations clear in addition to her rationale. The staff is very friendly and the surgery went great. My regular dentist also complimented the surgery post crown lengthening results.

The whole staff was very kind and friendly. Starting with the receptionist, the dental assistant, Dr Susan Nguyen, and the young lady at the billing department. They took me in right away after checking in, the dental assistant came in and explained everything that the doctor was going to do by showing me a video. The doctor came in right after and explained the procedures that she was going to perform for the procedures that were necessary. The billing dept took my info and told me the amount that was due after my insurance and scheduled my appointment to move forward with the procedures that need to be done. Overall the experience was smooth and easy, the staff was great. I would highly recommend Dr Susan Nguyen and her staff if you need any type of dental procedure done. Thank you guys and see you in a couple of weeks.
