Just need to give a big shout-out to this fabulous dentist! I recently had a cavity replaced/crown put on and had such a great experience (yes, at the dentist!) that I had to post a review. I've been going to Dr. Murolo for several years now and it's hard to find all the right adjectives but will start with incredibly patient, kind, competent, and caring. He carefully explains each procedure, stops to ask if I'm doing okay, and how many dentists do you know who will go and get you a blanket without my even saying I was a little cold (it was a chilly morning and he asked me if I was warm enough - and then voila - a nice warm blanket!) Seriously, no one likes going to the dentist but with his warm and friendly staff and the extra mile everyone at his office goes, you almost forget where you are.

Dr. Murulo has a high standard of practice that informs his work and for him to provide good service to his clients, he asks that they do their part in acting in their own best interests by acknowledging his recommendations.
I know when a hygienist is being thorough during cleaning. My hygienist today did a very thorough job and her instincts are good as well in observing subtle details of my body to know if an area of my mouth might be sensitive. I have always had a positive experience at this Dentist's office from reception to scheduling the next visit and everything in between.

I am truly grateful for Dr. Murolo and his wonderful team of dental hygienists and staff. They are always kind, professional, and positive.

After having negative experiences with other dentists due to my limited mouth opening, I developed a strong aversion to visiting the dentist's office. However, I finally decided to get regular check-ups after going over five years without professional dental care. I was amazed at how accommodating and effective this team was! They helped me catch up with my dental care, addressing some cavities and replacing a long-overdue crown.

Now, a few years later, I have never felt better about my dental hygiene. I no longer fear sitting in the dentist's chair. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Murolo and his team!

I have been a patient here for a little over two years now I think, and this office never ceases to amaze me. When you come in, you are greeted by the AMAZING Karmen. She is so friendly and remembers most of the patients by name. Dr. Murolo is so kind and patient and has the calmest and kindest demeanor. The environment he provides for his staff doesn't go unappreciated as all you hear from them is how great he is to work for! My last hygiene appointment was with Danielle, and let me tell you... SHE IS A GEM. Gentle and assertive, great conversation and such a sweetie. As long as this office is around, I will be a patient for LIFE! Thank you to the team here. Keep up the great work. 🙂

I recently visited Dr.Christopher Murolo Dental Office, and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The office itself was clean, modern, and had a relaxing atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.
Dr.Murolo was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything about my treatment in a way I could easily understand. I appreciated the personalized care and attention to detail. Even during the procedure, I felt very comfortable thanks to their gentle and caring approach.

Buckle up friends, for this tale of pain and suffering at the hands of this terrible practice. I chose Dr. Murolo as my dentist after moving to this area in Fall 2024, and even though I had no pain or problems with my teeth he told me that I have 4 fillings that are old and need to be replaced. So I do, but now two of the fillings that he replaced hurt anytime I eat. It is extremely frustrating to have had no problems with your teeth, and then you go see the dentist and all of a sudden your teeth start hurting. He says the bite needs to be adjusted, and so I get the bite adjusted . . . 4 different times. Each time it takes more than a week to get an appointment for a 5 minute procedure. Also the pain is getting better with each adjustment but it's not disappearing.

So finally it's decided that the fillings need to be re-done, and it takes almost a month to get an appointment for this. (Seriously - I messaged them on 12/17 and their earliest appointment was 1/14). Then when I get there they claim that I was late and they can't see me for another two weeks. Also at this point the pain has gotten much worse for some reason - my teeth are now constantly hurting and food is getting stuck in between the two fillings every time I eat. It is literal agony but they will not give me an appointment.

I can't stand the pain anymore and find another dental practice whose angel of a dentist agrees to see me for an emergency appointment the next day. When I get there they discover that the fillings that Dr. Murolo did BROKE after only three months and bacteria had entered the site. That's why the pain had become so severe all of a sudden. It's so bad that the new dentist re-does my fillings on the spot, but it costs me $300+ because my insurance will not cover a re-do so soon on the fillings.

I am so happy to be pain-free now but had a terrible experience with this practice and would not recommend them. Impossible to get an appointment in a timely manner and like I mentioned, fillings broke after only three months, which I can't believe is even possible.

Last of all front desk was terribly unprofessional and kept sending us $500+ bills and claiming my husband did not have insurance . . . ma'am, you spelled his last name wrong, that's why you couldn't find him in the insurance system. Told her this and she just giggled and blamed it on "multitasking."

There are so many great dentists out there (including the new one I randomly found while desperately searching for an emergency appointment) that you should not waste your time with this practice.

I highly recommend this dental office for its welcoming and caring environment. The staff are attentive and genuinely committed to patient well-being. Dr. Murolo is awesome, he is kind, thorough, professional and provides exceptional next-level care. Carmen at the front desk is always kind, cheerful and knowledgeable, and creates a positive experience with every appointment. From the first appointment to a most recent one, she has always provided a wonderful experience. The hygienists are kind, thorough and provide excellent care. The office creates a calming environment, particularly beneficial for those who may feel uneasy in medical settings. They are attentive to patient concerns and deliver thoughtful, high-quality care. Dr. Murolo and his team are truly exceptional!

He took care of our 93 year old mother with 2 small fillings and a cleaning.
