I love Dr. Nick and his entire practice team... and more importantly, my son (now 9) does, too! Dr. Nick has handled all of our dental issues, big and small, with thoughtful, conscientious care and expertise. He makes kids feel welcome and comfortable immediately, from the physical office (the X-ray set-up makes the kids feel like they are riding a pony - so fun!) to the friendly staff. He balances professionalism (the office is always on time) with personal attention and care. I can't recommend Dr. Nick enough! My son even asked if he could invite Dr. Nick to his birthday party!

Dr. Ching ( or Dr. Nick as my eldest like to call him) is a thoughtful, compassionate , knowledgeable pediatric dentist. When my eldest grew his first baby teeth, I asked around for an amazing, pediatric dentist in the Bay Area because both my partner and I HAD horrible dentist experiences when we were children. I literally stopped going for years as an adult due to the stress and trauma caused from those experiences. I wanted a different experience for my children because dental hygiene is so important and effects overall health.

Dr. Ching and his wonderful and caring staff checked off all of our boxes. First, our pediatrician recommended him( and we love our pediatrician) and second I love that we are able to email the office and get a timely responses on our concerns. Third, Dr. Ching explanations are clear and filled with evidence based support- a must for our family! Lastly, we can tell( from the very first interaction) that he cares about children dental hygiene and really tries to meet each child's needs.
Dr. Ching and his office staff are really lovely and even though we recently moved to Pleasanton. Both of my children will still see Dr. Ching due to his consistent care at each of their visits.
